6. CONTRACT

The purpose of these tenders is a Work Contract for a Supply and Construction of Transitional Shelter at Maqashah and Ala'rgeen IDPs sites, Abbs District, Hajjah Governorate. Incomplete pricing or inconsistent offers will not be taken into consideration. The tender is only one lot. INTERSOS reserves the right to proceed with the awarding of the contract in case only one valid and compliant offer was received.

• Administrative, technical, and economical.

8. AWARDING CRITERIA

• The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced offer among administratively and technically compliant offers.
