Dear All,

Muslim Hands, an international aid agency and NGO, grew from this grassroots movement and since these first efforts, we have responded to countless more emergencies, as well as established long-term projects such as schools, healthcare clinics, and livelihood programs worldwide.

We are working in over 50 countries around the world. By working closely with our partners and offices on the ground, we can distribute aid effectively, efficiently, transparently, and wholly accountable manner and make a lasting difference to the communities we work with.

Muslim Hands - Yemen is conducting a tender process within [Yemen Program] and invites your submission of a proposal to provide Muslim Hands, within their requirements, for:

Supplying breakfast meals for six schools in Ma'rib governorate as per the conditions detailed in the tender dossier, catering to a total of 2,000 students per day throughout the school days in both semesters.

The breakfast meal includes:

• One bread (60g).
• One triangle of cheese (15g).
• One bottle of milk (125ml).
• One banana.

The price should cover the delivery of meals to the schools.

• Specific Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility criteria must be met and the corresponding supporting documents, eligibility and admission criteria: 

• The bidder should be registered with legal registration (valid)
• The bidder should have a valid tax Card or a Letter from Tax Office if in process of renewing.
• The bidder should have previous experience in the field of food supply.
• The bidder should have a commercial store in Ma'rib Governorate.

The deadline for submission of tenders is 04 /9/2024 at 12:00 p.m. (Yemen time) upon conditions in the tender dossier which can be downloaded from the attached file below

Opening session:

• The opening session will be on the same day of submission in Muslim Hands, Marib office at 02:00 p.m.

Muslim Hands does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender, it also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason

لقد نشأت منظمة "مسلم هاندز"، وهي وكالة إغاثة دولية ومنظمة غير حكومية، من هذه القاعدة الشعبية ومنذ هذه الجهود الأولى، استجبنا لعدد لا حصر له من حالات الطوارئ، وكذلك إنشاء مشاريع طويلة الأجل مثل المدارس وعيادات الرعاية الصحية وبرامج سبل العيش في جميع أنحاء العالم.

نحن نعمل في أكثر من 50 دولة حول العالم. من خلال العمل عن كثب مع شركائنا ومكاتبنا على أرض الواقع، يمكننا توزيع المساعدات بطريقة فعالة وشفافة وخاضعة للمساءلة بالكامل وإحداث تغيير دائم في المجتمعات التي نعمل معها

 تقوم مسلم هاندز بإجراء مناقصة داخل [برنامج اليمن] وتدعوكم إلى تقديم مقترح لتزويد مسلم هاندز، في حدود متطلباتهم، بما يلي:

YE-24-YE002-ED-004مناقصة:

توريد وجبات الإفطار لخمس مدارس في محافظة مأرب حسب الشروط المفصلة في ملف المناقصة، تكفي لإجمالي 2,000 طالب يومياً طوال أيام الدراسة في الفصلين الدراسيين.

تشمل وجبة الإفطار ما يلي:

•  خبز (روتي) واحد (60 جرام).
•  جبنة مثلثة واحدة (15 جرام).
•  علبة حليب واحدة (125 مل).
•  موزة واحدة.

وينبغي أن يشمل السعر توصيل الوجبات إلى المدارس.

معايير محددة للأهلية:

يجب الإيفاء بكافة معايير الأهلية وكذلك الوثائق المصاحبة لها معايير الأهلية والقبول:

• أن يكون مقدم العرض مسجلا تسجيل قانوني في الغرفة التجارية (سجل تجاري ساري المفعول).
• أن يكون لديه بطاقة ضريبية (سارية المفعول) او إفادة من مصلحة الضرائب بالتجديد.
• أن يكون لديه خبرة سابقة في مجال توريد المواد الغذائية.
• أن يكون لديه محل تجاري في محافظة مأرب.

الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات هو [04 سيتمبر 2024] في مكتب مسلم هاندز- مأرب في تمام الساعة 12:00 ظهراً (بتوقيت اليمن) حسب الشروط الواردة في ملف العطاء.

جلسة فتح المظاريف:

ستعقد جلسة فتح المظاريف في نفس يوم التقديم في مكتب مسلم هاندز- مأرب الساعة 02:00 ظهراً. 

لا تلتزم مسلم هاندز بمنح العطاء لأدنى عرض، وتحتفظ بالحق في قبول العرض كله أو جزء منه. كما تحتفظ بحق قبول أي عطاء أو رفضه دون إبداء الأسباب.
