ويتضمن ذلك المواصفات التقنية التفصيلية في وثائق المناقصة. فإذا كنت ترغب في تقديم عرض سعرك، يرجى التواصل مع قسم سلسلة التوريد بمكتب منظمة رعاية الأطفال - عدن على العنوان التالي: Aden.tenders@savethechildren.org للتعبير عن إهتمامك وطلب وثائق المناقصة. سيتم إرسال مستندات المناقصة إليك عن طريق الإيميل خلال يومين عمل.
 الرجاء الإلتزام بالتالي ليتم ارسال وثائق المناقصة:

يجب أن يكتب رقم مرجع العطاء في عنوان الإيميل
(FWA-YEM-Aden-2025-012 Supply & Delivery of Hygiene Kits & Individual Items).  
في حال استلام ايميل غير معنون لن يتم ارسال الوثائق.

-    يجب التعريف بالشركة في ايميل طلب الوثائق وارفاق السجل التجاري ساري المدة. في حال لم يتم ارفاق السجل التجاري لن يتم ارسال وثائق المناقصة.
من المستحسن طلب / جمع وثائق العطاء في أقرب وقت ممكن. ومن المقرر تقديم وثائق المناقصة المكتملة بحلول 19 مايو 2025. قبل الساعة 02:00 ظهراً بتوقيت صنعاء جرينتش +3

Save the Children International in Yemen is inviting submissions of tenders for:

2-Year FWA for the supply and delivery of hygiene kits and individual items to SCI warehouses in Aden and Taiz

Detailed technical specifications are included within the tender documents. If you are interested in submitting a bid, please contact supply chain department at the following address Aden.tenders@savethechildren.org to express your interest and request the tender documents. Tender documents will be sent to you by return by 2 working days.

Please adhere to the following:

-    The reference number of the bid must be written in the email subject (FWA-YEM-Aden-2025-012 Supply & Delivery of Hygiene Kits & Individual Items). If an untitled email is received, the documents will not be shared.

-    The company must be introduced in the expression of interest e-mail and the valid commercial registration should be attached. In case the commercial registration is not attached, the tender documents will not be shared.

It is recommended to request / collect the tender documents as soon as possible. Completed tender documents are due to be submitted by 19-May-2025. Before 02:00 P.M. GMT+3 Sana’a time.
