Position: Data Analyst.
Job Location: Kharaz camp.
Duration of Assignment: 12 months 2025.
Report to: Activities coordinators/ Project coordinator.
Deadline:23 Jan 2025.

Background
Human Access for Partnership and Development (HUMAN ACCESS) is a non-governmental, independent, non-profit, humanitarian, developmental, charitable, voluntary, and community-based organization. It was established in March 1990 by an elite of volunteers and social personalities as a voluntary non-governmental organization that implements its programs, projects, and services according to periodic plans, a deliberate and renewed strategy, and a method of work based on the scientific methodology to be an effective link between donors and beneficiaries. Human Access is UNHCR’s implementing partner in Marib and Aden and other cities. HUMAN ACCESS is characterized by a strong and renewed relationship with development partners at home and abroad, and it has joint efforts with official and popular authorities. It is also distinguished by a tangible presence in many charitable and humanitarian events and activities. During its period of operation, which extends for about three decades, the association obtained several memberships in various organizations and bodies.
The association is a member of the Department of Public Information for the Non-Governmental Organizations of the United Nations (DPI-NGO), a member of the Arab Union for Voluntary Work, and an active and accredited partner to various international organizations, the most important of which are the World Food Program (WFP), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA), and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
HUMAN ACCESS has also obtained membership in many local, Arab and international organizations and networks working in various fields of volunteer and humanitarian work. It in addition obtained the international quality certificate ISO 9001: 2008 as a culmination of its institutional work.
This project is entitled: "Enhancing protection and assistance to Refugees & asylum seeker, provision of primary and secondary school education, infrastructure and field management, livelihood activities in Kharaz and public health services' in Kharaz camp and Basateen"

Overall Purpose:
Human Access is providing case management for unaccompanied and separated children (UASC), SGBV survivors and People with Specific Needs (PwSNs) in the areas of Kharaz. The target population is refugees, asylum seekers and migrants. These activities will take place through a mobile unit. Human Access is also providing community services, including education and recreational activities for children and training for adults.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fill the weekly report with the data concerning either case management or community center activities and send a final draft to the Activity Coordinator each week
- Collaborate with the Activity Coordinator to provide information for the monthly reports
- Update on a weekly basis the internal databases for case management and share it with DC Coordinator
- Prepare/update monthly overview of SGBV & CP cases (gender, age, typology, referral, follow-up and cash assistance info to be included) using GBV IMS system and internal database
- Revise when requested by the Activity Coordinator, any documents related to case management (BIA, Referral forms etc.)
- Assist in providing information and analysis for the bi-annual trend analysis on GBV, CP and PWSNs cases
- Participate on a monthly basis with the Activity Coordinator on the case management audit
- Record the cash assistance provided by Human Access and ensure a regular analysis of this data
- Translate any documents related to the activities implementation when requested
- Support the lawyer coordinator when needed in translations or preparations of mail in coordination with the reporting officer
- Be in charge of the management of stationary, cleaning materials and refreshment materials reporting to the DC coordinator.
- Attend all meetings when requested by the Activity Coordinator
- Attend all trainings when requested by the Activity Coordinator
- Accomplish any other tasks requested by the Activity Coordinator
Supervision:
- The Data analyst will report to the Activity Coordinator
Minimum requirements:
- Hold an BA/Diploma in IT, computer science, or any related fields
- At least 1 years of professional experience working in Data entry/analyst or ( as a reporter).
Other requirements:
- Demonstrated familiarity with Protection principles, standards and procedures, terminology.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills (proven computer literacy), especially in excel and other data base soft-wares.
- Readiness to commit and adhere to the values, mission and vision of Human Access.
- Native Arabic – EXCELLENT written and spoken English
- Strong team spirit, comfortable in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent analytical skills, observation and analysis capacity
- Attention to detail and structured way of approaching tasks

- Able to ensure quick quality delivery in stressful environment

Job-related conditions
- - Willingness to work full-time and staying in the camp from Sunday -Thursday.
- - The applicant must not have been convicted of any previous convictions related to exploitation, abuse, sexual harassment, fraud, corruption or conflict of interest.
