Job Summary

The Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for selling the company’s technical products and services by understanding client needs and providing customized solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales skills to establish trust, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote technical products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and benefits.
  • Develop tailored proposals and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Technical Expertise:

  • Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address client-specific needs.

4. Market Research and Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Gather client feedback to refine products and services.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and services.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
