الوصف الوظيفي:

نعلن عن حاجتنا لتوظيف مدير امتثال ومخاطر ذو خبرة في إدارة الامتثال وتقييم المخاطر داخل القطاع المصرفي. سيكون المدير مسؤولًا عن تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الامتثال والمخاطر، وضمان التزام البنك بالقوانين واللوائح المحلية والدولية، إلى جانب تحديد وتقييم المخاطر المحتملة التي قد تؤثر على البنك.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

•         تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الامتثال والمخاطر بما يتماشى مع الأهداف العامة للبنك.
•         مراقبة الامتثال لجميع القوانين واللوائح المالية والمصرفية وضمان تنفيذها بشكل دقيق.
•         تحديد وتقييم المخاطر التشغيلية والمالية ووضع خطط للتخفيف من تأثيرها على البنك.
•         إجراء تحليلات دورية للمخاطر وتقديم تقارير مفصلة للإدارة العليا مع التوصيات اللازمة.
•         إعداد وتنفيذ خطط استجابة للأزمات والمخاطر المفاجئة التي قد تؤثر على عمليات البنك.
•         توفير التدريب اللازم للموظفين لضمان فهمهم لسياسات الامتثال والمخاطر.
•         التعاون مع الجهات التنظيمية والرقابية لضمان الامتثال المستمر للمعايير المطلوبة.
•         قيادة فريق الامتثال والمخاطر لضمان تطويرهم المهني وتحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

•         مؤهل جامعي في القانون، إدارة الأعمال، المالية أو مجال ذو صلة.
•         خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الامتثال وإدارة المخاطر، ويفضل في القطاع المصرفي.
•         يفضل الحصول على شهادات دولية متخصصة مثل (Risk Management Professional - RMP) أو CAM.
•         معرفة قوية بإدارة المخاطر والامتثال للمعايير المصرفية المحلية والدولية.
•         مهارات تحليلية ممتازة وقدرة على تطوير استراتيجيات فعالة لإدارة المخاطر.
•         مهارات قيادية وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

Job Description:

We are seeking to hire a Compliance and Risk Manager with experience in managing compliance and risk assessment within the banking sector. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance and risk policies and procedures, ensuring the bank’s adherence to local and international regulations, as well as identifying and assessing potential risks that may impact the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance and risk strategies aligned with the bank’s overall objectives.
• Monitor compliance with all financial and banking laws and regulations to ensure proper implementation.
• Identify and assess operational and financial risks, and develop mitigation plans to reduce their impact on the bank.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and provide detailed reports with recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and implement crisis and risk response plans for unforeseen risks that may affect the bank’s operations.
• Provide necessary training for staff to ensure a full understanding of compliance and risk policies.
• Collaborate with regulatory and supervisory bodies to ensure continuous compliance with required standards.
• Lead and develop the compliance and risk team to ensure their professional growth and achievement of organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• A university degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in the banking sector.
• International certifications in risk management or compliance, such as Risk Management Professional (RMP) or CAM, are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance with local and international banking standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop effective risk management strategies.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
