ICU NURSE

ممرض عناية الوحدة المركزة

Location: Mocha Project 
Contract type: One-month contract (renewable) 
Reporting to: Nursing Team Supervisor and Head Nurse

Key of responsibilities:

•    Knowing, promoting, implementing and following up the universal hygiene standards/ precautions, bio-hazard prevention and infection control, security rules and other protocols and procedures in the medical premises and ensuring high standards of hygiene of his/her working environment. Respecting medical secrets and confidentiality at all times.

•    معرفة وتعزيز وتنفيذ ومتابعة معايير النظافة الاحتياطات, حماية المخاطر الحيوية وضبط العدوى, قواعد السلامة والبروتوكولات والاجراءات الاخرى  في المباني الطبية وضمان معايير نظافة عالية لبيئة عمله/عملها مع احترام الاسرار الطبية والسرية في كل الأوقات.  

•    Organizing and carrying out care and treatments according to medical prescriptions, and assisting during consultations, daily rounds and other medical procedures. Participating in health education of the patient (and family) when necessary. 

•    تنظيم واجراء الرعاية والمعالجة وفقا للوصفات الطبية , والمساعدة خلال الاستشارات, الجولات اليومية , والاجراءات الطبية الاخرى. المشاركة في الثقيف الصحي للمريض (والعائلة) عند الحاجة.

•    Ensuring patients are properly received and installed and that those with lack of autonomy are assisted, especially regarding their feeding, personal hygiene, movements and comfort. For ER and OPD nurse, ensuring triage of patients in waiting areas, wards or during emergencies, detecting the priority acute/emergency cases,  carrying out first aid care and referring them to the doctor when necessary

ضمان استقبال المرضى بشكل صحيح ووضعهم في المستشفى والتأكد من أن المرضى الذين يعانون من إنعدام الإستقلالية يتم مساعدتهم، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالتغذية، والنظافة الشخصية، والحركات والراحة. بالنسبة لممرضي الطوارىء وممرضي غرفة العمليات عليهم ضمان فرز المرضى في اماكن الانتظار, العنابر, او خلال حالات الطوارىء, مكتشفين اولويات حالات الطوارىء الحادة, القيام برعاية الاسعافات الاولية و احلتها الى الطبيب عند الحاجة .

•    Carrying out admission, surveillance and follow-up of patients (i.e. assessment of the evolution of their state of health and the identification of any emergency situation or deterioration

•    اجراء االدخول , المراقبة ,المتابعة للمرضى (أي: تقييم تطور حالتهم الصحية والتعرف على أي وضع طوارىء او حالة تدهور). 

•    Carrying and supervising administrative procedures and documents (fill in patient’s files, forms, consumptions, statistics, registers, health files, etc.), ensuring an appropriate written/oral handover, and reporting any problematic situations and cases that may arise. Participating in data collection and keeping doctors/supervisors informed .

الاجراء والاشراف على الاجراءات الادارية والوثائق (ملأ ملف المريض, و الصيغ, الاستهلاكات , الاحصائيات, السجلات , الملفات الصحية, الخ), ضمان عمل استلام و تسليم مناسب شفهي وتحريري , واعداد تقارير عن أي من الاوضاع والحالات التي يصعب حلها التي قد تظهر.المشاركة في جمع البيانات  وابقاء الاطباء والمشرفين على اطلاع. 

•    Participating in the department-related pharmacy and medical equipment control and maintenance (quality and its functioning, storage conditions, follow-up of expired drugs inventories, stock takes of medicines and material at every team changeover ensuring no material is taken out of nursing area/wards without prior authorisation, etc.) 

•    المشاركة في الصيدلية المرتبطة بقسمه وضبط وصيانة الاجهزة الطبية (النوعية وادائها الوظيفي , ظروف التخزين , متابعة قوائم الادوية منتهية الصلاحية , رصد مخزون الادوية والمواد مع تغير وردية/مناوبة كل فريق , ضمان عدم اخذ أي مادة خارج نطاق منطقة او عنابر التمريض بدون تفويض مسبق.

•    Supervising and training nurse-aids, cleaners and other related staff under his/her supervision, ensuring teamwork and adherence to all appropriate protocols and procedures

•    الاشراف و التمرين لمساعدي الممرض، عاملي النظافة، والعاملين الاخرين ذوي العلاقة تحت اشرافه/اشرافها، ضمان العمل الجماعي و التمسك بالبروتوكولات والاجراءات المناسبة.

•    Ensure smooth inter-departmental patient transfers and referrals to external health care settings for further patient`s management.

•    ضمان عمليات نقل وإحالات المرضى بين الأقسام على نحو سلس والتحويل إلى منشاءات الرعاية الصحية الخارجية لمزيد من التدابير العلاجية.

Requirements:    

•    Essential recognized Nurse degree/diploma

ضرورة قصوى: دبلوم / درجة علمية في التمريض معترف بها 

•    Desirable bachelor’s in science of Nursing

يفضل بكالوريوس في علم التمريض

•    At least 2 years relevant experience as a Nurse.

خبرة ذات علاقة لا تقل عن سنتين كممرض

•    Experience with MSF or other humanitarian organizations is an asset.     

   خبرة مع أطباء بلا حدود او أي منظمات انسانية اخرى تمنحك افضلية    

•    Essential experience ICU and/or Emergency Room of minimum 1 years 

خبرة أساسية في العناية المركزة و / الطوارئ لمدة لا تقل عن 1 سنة
