الوصف الوظيفي:

 نعلن عن حاجتنا  لتوظيف مدير مالي يتمتع بخبرة واسعة في الإدارة المالية والمصرفية. المدير المالي سيكون مسؤولًا عن إعداد الخطط المالية، مراقبة الأداء المالي، والإشراف على الامتثال المالي والضوابط الداخلية، بالإضافة إلى إدارة كافة الأنشطة المالية للبنك.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

    •    تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مالية طويلة الأجل.
    •    إعداد وتقديم التقارير المالية للإدارة العليا.
    •    مراقبة الميزانية وضمان الاستخدام الفعال للموارد المالية.
    •    إدارة المخاطر المالية والامتثال للقوانين المالية المحلية والدولية.
    •    التعاون مع الجهات التنظيمية والمراجعين الخارجيين.
    •    الإشراف على الفريق المالي وتطويره.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

    •  أن يكون حاصلاً على مؤهل جامعي في العلوم الاقتصادية أو المالية أو الإدارية أو التقنية.  أو مجال ذو صلة (يفضل الحاصلين على الماجستير أو شهادات مهنية مثل CPA أو CFA).
    •    خبرة لا تقل عن5  سنوات في الإدارة المالية، ويفضل في القطاع المصرفي.
    •    معرفة قوية بالمعايير المحاسبية الدولية (IFRS).
    •    مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
    •    إلمام جيد بأدوات التحليل المالي وبرامج ERP.

Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced Financial Manager with extensive financial management and banking knowledge. The Financial Manager will be responsible for developing financial plans, monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and overseeing all financial activities of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Develop and implement long-term financial strategies.
    •    Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
    •    Monitor the budget and ensure effective use of financial resources.
    •    Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with local and international Financial regulations.
    •    Collaborate with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
    •    Supervise and develop the financial team.

Qualifications Required:

•   Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business administration, technology, or a related field (master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA preferred).
•   Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the banking sector.
•   Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
•   Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
•   Proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems.
