Position Purpose

Provide individual case management support to vulnerable IDPs through assessment, referrals, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Develop individualized protection plans.
• Facilitate referrals to legal, medical, psychosocial, and other services.
• Conduct follow-up visits.
• Maintain confidential case files.
• Support Cash for Protection eligibility verification.
• Conduct community outreach sessions.
• Coordinate with authorities and service providers for referrals.
• Attend regular humanitarian cluster meetings relevant to case management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in case management.
• Knowledge of referral pathways.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Arabic required.
