Médecins Sans Frontières is looking for Yemeni nationals to recruit for the following position:

WATCHMAN حارس آمن 

Location الموقع: Aden Coordination عدن المقر الرئيسي 
Contract duration مدة العقد: Six months renewable ستة أشهر قابل للتجديد 
Contract type نوع العقد: Full time contract عقد بدوام كامل 
Reporting to المشرف المباشر: Head of Watchman رئيس الحراس 

Main Purpose: الغرض الأساسي

Carrying out surveillance and guarding activities in MSF facilities, according to MSF protocols and security rules, in order to ensure the safety and security of all mission's personnel and premises.

القيام بأنشطة المراقبة والحراسة في منشآت أطباء بلا حدود، وفقاً لبروتوكولات أطباء بلا حدود وقواعد الأمن، من أجل ضمان سلامة وأمن جميع أفراد البعثة ومبانيها.

Key of responsibilities: المسؤوليات

• Surveying the MSF premise's access and guides people to reception within authorized hours. Contacts administration team for authorizing people access.
• تفقد مداخل مباني منظمة أطباء بلا حدود وإرشاد الناس إلى مكتب الاستقبال خلال ساعات معتمدة.  التواصل مع فريق الادارة للسماح بدخول الناس.
• Watching MSF premises and property's perimeter fence through regular patrols. Remaining on duty until other watchman comes to do a handover, never leaving the post unattended.
• حراسة مباني وممتلكات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود والسياج الخارجي من خلال القيام بدوريات منتظمة والبقاء بالخدمة حتى يأتي حارس آخر للقيام بالتسليم، وعدم ترك الموقع دون مراقبة.
• Organizing traffic of vehicles within the premises and directs them in and out.
• تنظيم حركة مرور المركبات داخل المبنى وتوجيهها إلى الداخل والخارج.
• Checking that the doors and windows are locked, and lights are off when people leave premises. Checking that security lights are working properly and informing line manager of any possible problems.
•      التحقق من قفل الأبواب والنوافذ وإطفاء الأنوار عندما يغادر الأشخاص أماكن العمل. التحقق من أن مصابيح الأمان تعمل بشكل صحيح وإبلاغ مدير الخط بأي مشاكل محتملة.
• Maintaining watchmen's torch and other lighting tools, returning used batteries and keeping the necessary supply of spare batteries. Maintaining communication equipment (radio) in working conditions and providing battery availability.
•   الحفاظ على المصابيح اليدوية للحراس وأدوات الإضاءة الأخرى، وإعادة البطاريات المستعملة والحفاظ على الإمداد اللازم للبطاريات الاحتياطية. الحفاظ على معدات الاتصالات (الراديو) في حالة جيدة للعمل وتوفير البطاريات وجعلها متاحة. 
• Supervising diesel/petrol tank levels and providing spare can(s) of fuel. Ensuring the correct functioning of generator and water pumps (starting, switching off, record sheet of operating hours and maintenance) as well as the correct use of extinguishers (being aware of their location).
• الإشراف على مستويات خزان الديزل / البنزين وتوفير العلب (أوعية) الوقود الاحتياطية. ضمان التشغيل الصحيح للمولد ومضخات الماء (التشغيل، الإغلاق، ورقة سجل ساعات التشغيل والصيانة) وكذلك الاستخدام الصحيح لطفايات الحريق (معرفة مواقعهم).
• Informing line manager of arrival of any materials before unloading and helping MSF, staff carry heavy items, if necessary.
• إبلاغ المدير المباشر بوصول أي مواد قبل تفريغ ومساعدة موظفي منظمة أطباء بلا حدود على حمل الأشياء الثقيلة، إذا لزم الأمر.
• Check daily the level of the water tank in parking area and on the floor, in the morning daily and inform the Log Co
• تحقق يوميا من مستوى خزان المياه في موقف السيارات وعلى الأرض، في الصباح يوميا وقم بإبلاغ المنسق اللوجستي. 
• Refill and make sure there is always mineral water bottle available water dispensers in guest house and office.
• أعد ملء وتأكد من وجود دائمًا زجاجة مياه معدنية متوفرة في بيت الضيافة والمكتب.
• Recheck that the gas cylinder is always available in the office and guest house 
• أعد التحقق من توفر أسطوانة الغاز دائمًا في المكتب والسكن.
• Respect and apply all rules described in the specific “Aden watchmen SOP”
• “. SOPاحترام وتطبيق جميع القواعد الموضحة بتحديد في "حراس عدن 
• • Keeping area within MSF premises clean and tidy (ex. empty dustbins, sweep paths, etc.) and performs general maintenance activities of the garden (ex. cut grass, maintain flower beds, prune trees if necessary, etc.).
• المحافظة على المنطقة داخل منظمة أطباء بلا حدود نظيفة ومرتبة (على سبيل المثال، تفريغ صناديق القمامة، كنس الممرات، وما إلى ذلك) وتنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة العامة للحديقة (على سبيل المثال، قطع الحشائش، وصيانة مكان الزهور، وأشجار الخوخ إذا لزم الأمر، إلخ).

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENT المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

• None is required, desirable literacy. لا شيء مطلوب، يفضل ان يكون غير امي
• Local language essential. اللغة المحلية الأساسية
