Job Objective

Ruya Energy Company is a subsidiary of the Hayel Saeed Anam Group (HSA), specializing in the implementation of solar energy projects. The company is currently seeking to recruit a qualified candidate for the position of Digital Marketing & Media Specialist .
Contribute to the preparation and implementation of innovative marketing strategies for Ruya Company in the field of solar energy, while taking responsibility for design, digital content creation, managing the company website and social media pages, and conducting field visits to filming sites to ensure brand enhancement, increased engagement and sales, as well as strong presence in all related events.

Main tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, paid advertisements, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with management, sales, and engineering teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with the company’s offerings and services.
• Produce and manage the company’s marketing and visual content, including brochures, presentations, videos, and digital content, to highlight solar energy projects for factories and companies and enhance the brand.
• Keep up with the latest marketing trends in the renewable energy sector and apply the best local and international practices.
• Design digital and printed marketing materials using specialized design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar programs.
• Manage the company website and update it regularly to ensure projects and services are presented attractively and professionally.
• Manage the company’s social media pages, including regular posting, engaging with followers, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Coordinate with external photography companies and prepare all necessary requirements before filming project sites to ensure high-quality and efficient workflow.
• Conduct field visits to project sites before and during the presence of photography teams to prepare, coordinate, and follow up on the work progress.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans in line with the company’s objectives.
• Analyze the solar energy market and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges, and provide strategic recommendations to improve performance based on marketing campaigns.

• Externally: Local authorities, Photography offices, Advertising and publicity agencies, Sales, HSA marketing departments, Project management, clients.

Position Requirements

Qualifications    

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Experience    

• 2-4 years of practical experience in marketing, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.

Skills

• Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and others.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing and design tools.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team.
