Academic Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.

Minimum years of relevant work experience

• Professional experience in software development, systems integration, or IT engineering.
• Track record in developing or supporting financial sector applications, payment gateways, mobile wallets, or core banking integrations.
• Experience working within secure IT environments and managing API integrations.
• Experience working with or within regulatory bodies (experience with CBY is an advantage).
• High proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (for example Java, Python, Node.js, React) and database management. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate full-time within government premises (CBY).

Required Language(s)  

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong technical writing skills in both languages.
