Summary Role | ملخص الدور الوظيفي

You will lead the establishment and expansion of the sales channel for our new beverage brand, working with wholesalers and overseeing local marketing strategies. You will be a key driver of the brand launch, awareness, and long-term growth.

Job Responsibilities | المهام الوظيفية

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
  تنفيذ وتطوير استراتيجيات التسويق والمبيعات

• Lead pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies
  قيادة استراتيجيات التسعير، والتغليف، والحملات الترويجية

• Manage wholesaler relationships and retail account performance
  إدارة علاقات الموزعين ومتابعة أداء نقاط البيع

• Conduct market analysis and recommend expansion plans
  تحليل السوق وتقديم خطط توسعية

• Oversee execution of local marketing activations and events
  الإشراف على تنفيذ الفعاليات والحملات الترويجية المحلية

• Ensure brand visibility and consumer engagement across all channels
  ضمان وضوح العلامة التجارية وتفاعل المستهلكين عبر جميع القنوات

Experience & Qualifications | المؤهلات والخبرة

• Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage sales & marketing
  خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مبيعات وتسويق المشروبات

• Proven experience in wholesale and retail beverage distribution
  خبرة مثبتة في التوزيع بالجملة والتجزئة في قطاع المشروبات

• Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills
  مهارات تواصل وقيادة وتخطيط قوية

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد

• Familiarity with marketing laws and consumer behavior
  الإلمام بالقوانين التسويقية وسلوك المستهلك

• Willingness to travel and participate in late-hour retail events
