الوصف الوظيفي

يتولى مندوب المبيعات تمثيل الشركة لدى المستشفيات والصيدليات من خلال التعريف بالمنتجات الطبية وتعزيز انتشارها في السوق. وتشمل مهامه بناء علاقات مهنية مع العملاء، وتنفيذ الزيارات الميدانية وفق خطة معتمدة، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة. كما يلزم بإعداد تقارير دورية عن نشاطه ورفع الملاحظات المتعلقة بالسوق واحتياجات العملاء.

أماكن العمل: صنعاء – ذمار – إب – الحديدة

ملاحظة: يشترط أن يكون المتقدم من سكان نفس المحافظة.

1-    مندوب مبيعات (خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات)

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس صيدلة أو دبلوم صيدلة أو دبلوم تسويق أو دبلوم علوم صحية.
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال المبيعات.
• مهارات قوية في التفاوض والاتصال.
• معرفة جيدة بسوق الأدوية والعملاء المحتملين.
• القدرة على تحقيق الأهداف والعمل ضمن فريق.

2-     مندوب مبيعات (خريج حديث أو بدون خبرة)

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس صيدلة أو دبلوم صيدلة أو دبلوم تسويق أو دبلوم علوم صحية.
• لا يشترط وجود خبرة، مع توفر تدريب وتأهيل داخل الشركة.
• مهارات تواصل جيدة واستعداد للعمل الميداني.
• قابلية للتعلم السريع وتنظيم العمل.

Job Description

The Medical Sales Representative will represent the company at hospitals and pharmacies, promote medical products, and enhance their market presence.

1-     Medical Sales Representative – Experienced (4  years)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, or Diploma in Pharmacy, Marketing, or Health Sciences.
• At least 4 years of experience in sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and potential clients.
• Ability to meet targets and work within a team.

2-    Medical Sales Representative – (Fresh Graduate or No Experience)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, or Diploma in Pharmacy, Marketing, or Health Sciences.
• No prior experience required.
• Training and professional development will be provided by the company.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in the field.
