Invitation for Pre-Qualified Suppliers 2025 - Invitation to register and qualify suppliers for the year 2025 for all Yemen - South and North. 

INTERSOS invites suppliers to register on the list of suppliers for the year 2025 in the categories mentioned in INTERSOS website link below.

Instructions for participation in registration:

• Please fill in the supplier's data in the link at the bottom of the page and upload the organization's papers, sign and stamp them and re-upload them.

Attach each of the following:

• Valid commercial register. (Mandatory)
• Valid profession practice. (Mandatory)
• Valid tax card. (Mandatory)
• Zakat card (if applicable). 
• Insurance card (if applicable).
• Bank accounts in the name of the commercial register and from approved banks in Yemen such as Kurimi Bank.

Important conditions and notes:

1- The supplier wishing to register must not be included in the blacklist issued by official bodies or international organizations or convicted of a criminal or administrative incident affecting honesty in dealing or good reputation.
2- This invitation is not for submitting bids, and it is not required at this stage to submit any work proposals or any price offers. INTERSOS will communicate with suppliers who meet the requirements at this stage to move to the second stage, which is submitting financial offers.
3- This invitation to register qualified suppliers does not obligate the organization to issue any tenders or issue any contracts to companies/suppliers who expressed their desire through the application.
4- Any supplier wishing to register and fill out the registration application form pledges that all information provided is up-to-date and accurate and free of any ambiguity or misleading, and agrees to allow the organization to disclose and verify the information from any party, at any time and for any purpose.
5- The supplier's filling in the registration data does not mean that the organization provides a guarantee or undertakes any obligations towards the supplier.
6- Each applicant has the right to qualify the application in more than one category, provided that previous similar contracts with other organizations are attached, at least 3 contracts for the same category.
7- The organization has the right to request any other documents or data if necessary.
8- The evaluation will be conducted according to the organization determined by the INTERSOS management.
