تعلن مؤسسة بنك الطعام اليمني عن رغبتها في إعلان المناقصة العامة التالية:

The Yemen Food Bank Foundation announces its desire to advertise the following public tender:

 وعليه تدعو مؤسسة بنك الطعام اليمني الاخوة الموردين المؤهلين والذين سبق ان عملوا في نفس المجال تقديم عطاءاتهم عن طريق المناقصة المذكور أعلاه وذلك وفقا لوثائق المناقصات.
1.    يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصة من خلال الرابط الاتي: https://forms.gle/AfHt5ed1NgYA6BdU6 
2.    يسلم العطاء في مظروف مغلق ومختوم (او بالشمع الاحمر) مكتوب عليه اسم المشروع ورقم المناقصة، قبل الموعد المحدد أعلاه لفتح المظاريف على العنوان التالي: مؤسسة بنك الطعام اليمني - المقر الرئيسي - شارع الستين الجنوبي,  قريب جولة المصباحي, خلف معرض شركة تويوتا – صنعاء - اليمن.
3.    تفتح المظاريف بجلسة علنية في مكتب مؤسسة بنك الطعام اليمني - المقر الرئيسي - شارع الستين الجنوبي,  قريب جولة المصباحي,  خلف معرض شركة تويوتا – صنعاء - اليمن حسب المواعيد المحددة أعلاه. وأي عطاء يقدم أو يصل بعد هذا الموعد سيرفض وسوف يعاد إلى صاحبه مغلقاً.
4.    على المتقدم احضار صورة من الوثائق القانونية بالترخيص لمزاولة العمل.
5.    على المتقدم إحضار صورة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
6.    على المتقدم احضار صورة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول (أو وثائق تثبت دفع الزكاة).
7.    في حالة كانت الوثائق المطلوبة منتهية او قيد التجديد لمقدم العطاء يجب ارفاق التزام بتجديد الوثائق المنتهية مالم سوف يتم استبعاد العطاء في مرحلة الاستجابة الاولية من التحليل.
8.    يقدم العطاء بالعملة المذكورة أعلاه، وسيتم استبعاد أي عطاء يتم تقديمه بعملة مغايرة.
9.    يجب ارفاق جميع وثائق المناقصة وتختيمها.

سوف يتم استبعاد اي عطاء غير مستوفي للمتطلبات المذكورة أعلاه في مرحلة الاستجابة الاولية من التحليل الفني والمالي.

يشترط على مقدم العطاء التسجيل في النظام الخاص بالجهات الحكومية الرسمية المعنية.

تتبنى "مؤسسة بنك الطعام اليمني" مبدأ عدم التسامح تجاه الفساد، وهي ملتزمة باحترام أعلى المعايير من حيث الكفاءة والمسؤولية والشفافية في أنشطتها عبر منهجية تشاركية لتعزيز وضمان الشفافية داخل المؤسسة حيث اسست جهة تنسيق للشفافية والمساءلة.

إذا شاهدت أو اشتبهت في ممارسات غير قانونية أو غير أخلاقية (مثل التماس أو قبول أو محاولة تقديم أو قبول أي رشاوي) أثناء عملية المناقصة، يرجى الارسال الى البريد إلكتروني integrityhotline@yemenfoodbank.org

Accordingly, Yemen Food Bank Foundation invites qualified contractors who have previously worked in the same field to submit their bids through the tender mentioned here above, in accordance with the tender documents.

1. Tender documents can be obtained through the following link: https://forms.gle/AfHt5ed1NgYA6BdU6 
2. The bid should be submitted in a sealed stamped with the project name and tender number written thereon, before the date specified above for opening the envelopes to the following address: HQ, Southern 60 St., near to Almisbahi Intersection, behind TOYOTA Exhibition, Sana'a, Yemen.
3. The envelopes are opened in a public session at the Building of Yemen Food Bank Foundation Headquarter - HQ, Southern 60 St., near to Almisbahi Intersection, behind TOYOTA Exhibition, Sana'a, Yemen - according to the appointments specified above. Any bid submitted or received after this date will be rejected and will be returned.
4. The applicant must bring a copy of the relevant legal documents for the profession practice license.
5. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid tax card.
6. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid zakat card.
8. In the event that the required documents of the bidder are expired or need to be renewed, a commitment to renewing the expired documents must be attached unless the bid will be excluded in the first stage of the analysis.
9. The bid shall be submitted in the currency mentioned above, and any bid submitted in a different currency will be excluded.
11. All tender documents must be attached and stamped.

Any bid that does not meet the above requirements will be excluded at the stage of technical and financial analysis.

The Bidder should be registered in the system of the relevant official governmental side.
