الموضوع: تقديم عروض سعر والخاصة بتقديم خدمات استشارية في مجالي:

• مناقصة 1 : خدمة تنفيذ العمليات التشغيلية وبناء القدرات لـ 20 من منظمات المجتمع المدني في عدن EU CSOs
• مناقصة 2 : إنشاء آلية مراقبة لقياس التغيرات في القدرات الفردية والتنظيمية مع منظمات المجتمع المدني المختارة  في عدن EU CSOs

تدعو منظمة كير العالمية – اليمن، الشركات المؤهلة والمهتمة لتقديم عروض اسعار الى الحصول على اوراق العطاء من المكتب في العنوان ادناه على انه لن يتم اختيار شركة واحدة لاخذ المناقصتين معاً نظراً لطبيعة واحده من المناقصتين الرقابية على الاخرى .

على ان تشمل العروض الملفات ادناه :

يجب أن تسلم العطاءات موقعة ومختومة في مظروف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر ويجب أن ترفق العطاءات بما يلي:

• صورة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول
• صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
• يجب أن يكون عرض السعر ساري المفعول لمدة سنة.
• يجب أن يكون للمتقدم خبرات ذات الصلة في القيام بأعمال مماثلة وعمل مع منظمات او جهات أخرى في نفس المجال.
• يجب  ان يكون العطاء يحتوي على عرض فني وعرض مالي كما هو موضح في الشروط المرجعيه ويجب ان يكون  موقع أو مختوم  مالم سيتم إستبعاد العطاء من المنافسة.
• العطاء يقدم بالدولار والدفع سيكون بالدولار.
• يعتبر العطاء ملغي في حالة مخالفة أي من الشروط أعلاه.
• يمكن الحصول على اوراق المناقصتين من خلال الحضور للمكتب عبر العنوان المحدد اعلاه وقت الدوام وذلك الى اخر موعد وهو يوم الخميس 25 / 7 / 2024
• في حال وجود أي استفسارات أو ملاحظات الرجاء إرسالها عبر الايميل (yem.expressofinterest@care.org ) وذلك إلى يوم الاحد الموافق 28-07-2024 وسيتم موافاتكم بالردود وأي استفسار يرسل بعد هذا التاريخ لن يتم الرد عليه.
• أخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات في مظاريف مغلقة الى المكتب – عدن يوم الاحد الموافق 04/08/2024  في موعد أقصاه الساعة 11  صباحاً إلى مكتب المنظمة في عدن كما هو موضح أعلاه وأي عطاء يقدم بعد الوقت المحدد لن يتم استلامه.

تحتفظ منظمة كير العالمية بحقها بقبول أو رفض جزء أو كل العطاءات دون إبداء الأسباب.

علما أن المنظمة غير ملزمة بالترسية على أقل العطاءات.

Subject: Submitting price offers for providing consulting services in the fields of:

• Tender 1: Service for Implementation of Operational and Capacity Building for 20 civil society organizations in Aden - EU-CSOs 
• Tender 2: Setting-up of monitoring mechanism for CSO capacities – Aden -EU CSOs

CARE International - Yemen invites qualified and interested companies to submit price offers , bids docs can be obtained from the office in address below ,provided that one company will not be selected to take the two tenders together due to the nature of one of the two tenders monitoring the other.

The offers must include the files below:

Bids must be submitted signed and sealed in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax. Bids must be accompanied by the following:

• A copy of a valid tax card
• A copy of the valid commercial register.
• The price quote must be valid for ONE year.
• The applicant must have relevant experience in carrying out similar work and working with other organizations or entities in the same field.
• The bid must contain a technical offer and a financial offer as described in the terms of reference and must be signed or sealed, unless the bid will be excluded from the competition.
• The bid will be submitted in dollars and payment will be in dollars.
• The bid will be considered canceled if any of the above conditions are violated.
• The papers for both tenders can be obtained by coming to the office through the above address at working hours until the last date on Thursday 25/07/2024.
• If you have any inquiries or comments, please send them via email (yem.expressofinterest@care.org ) until Sunday, 28-07-2024. You will be provided with the responses, and any inquiries sent after this date will not be answered.
• The deadline for submitting bids in closed envelopes to CARE Aden is Sunday, 04/08/2024, no later than 11 a.m. to the organization’s office in Aden as described above. Any bid submitted after the specified time will not be received.

CARE International reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bids without giving reasons.

Note that the organization is not obligated to award the lowest bid.
