Letter of Guarantee:  2.5% from total quotation, Validity Period: (120 days)

General Instructions: -  

• Getting envelopes during working hours 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. by emails by providing a scan of official Letter of Interest sent to above emails. 
• All suppliers should submit two sealed envelopes 1- Financial offer. 2- Technical offer. 
• All suppliers must follow General Instructions for Suppliers (GIS) provided in ITB documents. 
• All final prices should include all relevant costs, transportation, taxes and other types of expenses to final destinations.  
• All items proposed by suppliers should indicate, production date, country of origin, manufacture certificate and catalogues.  

Financial Envelopes to include: -  
1.    Financial Offer.  
2.    Letter of Guarantee  

Technical Envelopes to include: -  
1.    ITB and GIS Document stamped by suppliers.  
2.    Catalogues for each equipment stamped by suppliers and organized as per ITB-GIS List.  
3.    Administrative and Eligible Documents Mentioned in Requirement Check List.   
4.    Technical Offer.  

Bids shall be submitted by hand to YRCS Head Quarter, 26 September Street near Prime Ministers Office, Sanaa in two separated envelopes for each section on or before [October 20, 2024, before 01:00 pm].

The opening ceremony well be on Monday October 21, 2024.
 
Organization preview: - 

The Yemen Red Crescent Society (YRCS) is a humanitarian organization established in the southern part of Yemen in 1968. While in the northern part of Yemen, it was established in July 1970 under Presidential Decree No. 15 of 1970. After the blessed unity, it was merged in October 1993 to become one national society (NS). The Yemen NS was recognized by the International Committee of the Red Cross in April 1982 and joined the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in October 1982. 
The tender is for Norwegian Red Cross (Norcross) supported program in Yemen.  

Invitation is extended to interested eligible Suppliers to submit Bids for Supply of Medical Equipment to Mabyan Health Center of YRCS and Kohlan Afar Emergency Center, all are located in Hajjah governorate.

ITB-GIS include the Instructions to Suppliers, Technical Specifications and administrative requirements that Suppliers will need to follow in order to prepare and submit their quotation/bid for consideration by YRCS.  

Lowest price is not necessary win but on BVM.  

YRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for YRCS’s action.

تعلن جمعية الهلال الأحمر اليمني عن رغبتها في إنزال المناقصات العامة رقم YEM\019\NRC\24  الخاصة بتوريد معدات طبية إلى مركز الهلال الأحمر الصحي في مديرية مبين ومركز طوارئ كحلان عفار في محافظة حجة.    

فعلى الموردين الراغبين في تقديم عطاءاتهم إتباع الشروط التالية: -  

• تاريخ الإعلان: 06 أكتوبر 2024م
• تاريخ انتهاء الإعلان: 20 أكتوبر 2024م
• تكلفة الحصول على وثائق المناقصة: مجانًا

يتم تقديم عدد 2 مظاريف بالنحو التالي: -  

مظروف مالي: - ويحتوي على

1.    العرض المالي مع إتباع التعليمات في وثائق المناقصة وتعليمات الخاصة بالموردين ITB-GIS. 
2.    ضمان دخول مناقصة أو شيك مقبول الدفع بمبلغ 2.5% من قيمة العطاء المقدم صالح لمدة 120 يوم.  

مظروف فني منفصل: - ويحتوي على 
1.    وثائق المناقصة كامله ومختمه من قبل الموردين حسب التعليمات في ملف الـ ITB-GIS. 
2.    كتلوجات لجميع المعدات الطبية بحسب التسلسل في جدول المناقصة ومختومه بالكامل.  
3.    الأوراق الرسمية والإدارية بحسب جدول المتطلبات في وثائق المناقصة ITB-GIS.  
4.    العرض الفني.  

تكون أسعار العطاءات نهائية وشامله جميع التكاليف من نقل وحماله ونفاله والضرائب وغيرها من التكاليف.  

يجب أن يحتوي الملف الفني على معلومات بلد المنشأ و شهائد التصنيع والجوده الخاصة بها وتكون مصرحه من قبل وزارة الصحه اليمنيه إلى جانب الوثائق المطلوبه في جدول المتطلبات.  

أخر موعد لإستلام المظاريف كامله بحسب الموعد النهائي تاريخ 20/10/2024 م الساعة 1:00 ظهرا إلى المركز الرئيسي لجمعية الهلال الأحمر اليمني، شارع 26 سبتمبر جوار رئاسة الوزراء – صنعاء.

ستكون جلسة فتح المظاريف يوم الأثنين الموافق21  أكتوبر 2024 الساعة 10:00 صباحًا، في مبنى جمعية الهلال الأحمر اليمني المركز الرئيسي.
لجمعية الهلال الأحمر اليمني الحق في قبول أو رفض أي عطاء وكذلك الحق في إلغاء المناقصة ورفض كافة العطاءات في أي وقت قبل ان يكون هناك توقيع على أوامر الشراء أو عقود التوريد، وبدون أن تتحمل الجمعية أي التزامات أو غرامات قد يتكبدها مقدمي العطاءات.
