معالجة احتياجات سبل العيش الأساسية والطارئة للأسر النازحة والمجتمعات المضيفة التي تعاني من انعدام الأمن الغذائي في محافظة تعز.

معلومات أساسية:

• المهمة: تنفيذ برنامج التدريب المهني والمهارات الحياتية في قطاعات ومهن مختارة عالية الطلب في السوق.
• الهدف: دعم الأعمال الصغيرة: التدريب المهني لـ 400 شاب وشابة من الفئات الضعيفة في مديريتي موزع والمعافر بمحافظة تعز لدعم إنشاء أو توسيع الأعمال التجارية والمشاريع الصغيرة
• الموقع: مديرية موزع والمعافر - محافظة تعز
• مدة التدريب المهني: 90 يوم لكل جروب

خلفية التدريب:

يهدف التدريب إلى زيادة الوصول إلى برنامج التدريب المهني وتزويد الشباب بالمهارات العملية والمعرفة في مختلف المجالات من خلال برامج التدريب المهني حيث يركز على تحسين قابلية الشباب للتوظيف في المجالات المستهدفة من خلال معالجة فجوة المهارات والمهارات الحياتية ريادة الاعمال في سوق العمل.

حيث سيتم تقديم هذه التدريبات بهدف تحسين سبل عيش الأسر المستهدفة في كل من النواحي في مديرتي موزع والمعافر حيث سيتم استهداف 400 فرد (200 نساء و200 رجال) بتدريبات مهنية ومهارات حياتية، حيث سيتلقى 50 في المائة من الرجال 50 في المائة من النساء تدريبًا مهنيًا بناء على توصيات مسح السوق الذي تم في المناطق المستهدفة.

وصف الخدمة:

تبحث منظمة كوردايد عن مقدمي خدمات تدريب لديهم قدرة وخبرة سابقة على تقديم تدريب بجودة عالية للمستهدفين لتعزيز تعافي الشباب وقدرتهم على الصمود في اطار نشاط دعم الأعمال الصغيرة الذي تنفذه منظمة صناع النهضة باستخدام أساليب تدريب تشاركية شاملة في المجالات المحددة من مهن التدريب المهني للشباب والشابات لعدد 400 فرد (حوالي 200 رجل و 200 امرأة) لمدة 90 يوم لكل جروب بمعدل لا يقل عن 5 ساعات باليوم خلال الفترة الصباحية مع توفير وجبة لكل متدرب/ة كما هو موضحة ادناه في المناطق المستهدفة في مديرية موزع ومديرية المعافر في محافظة تعز في المواضيع المذكورة أدناه في وصف التدريب وذلك بناء على توصيات مسح السوق وتشمل الخدمة عدة خدمات ابرزها: توفير 

• مدربين مؤهلين ومعتمدين من التدريب الفني والمهني رجال ونساء بما يتناسب مع الفئة المستهدفة ونوعية التدريب. 
• استخدام مناهج معتمدة من التدريب المهني والفني وتكييف المناهج إذا لزم الأمر،
• طباعة المواد التدريبية للمتدربين بجودة عالية مع طباعة 5 مواد تدريبية إضافية لفريق المشروع لكل دورة
• الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية، 
• القيام بالتدريب الفني والمهني، والتوثيق
• تجهيز قاعات التدريب بالأدوات والمعدات اللازمة للتدريب
• توفير المواد القرطاسية واي مستلزمات متعلقة بالتدريب
•  توفير وجبة لكل متدرب/ة تحتوي على (قارورة ماء عبوة 750 ملي عدد 2 -عصير عبوة 200 ملم عدد1 - قطعة كراسون عدد 1 – قطعة بيتزا دائري صغير عدد 1 – سندوتش كبده عدد 2 –قطع كعك بيوتي فور عدد 2 – قطعة كيك صغير عدد1) لكل متدرب/ة كل يوم خلال فترة التدريب.
• وعمل التقييم النهائي للمهارات والمعرفة والسلوك 
• التقرير النهائي للتدريب باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية 
• عمل شهادات معتمدة للمتدربين ويتم تقديم الخدمة بجودة عالية وبالتنسيق الكامل مع فريق المشروع

وصف الدورات التدريبية:

1- التدريب المهني:

هذا التدريب يهدف الى تقديم الدعم للمشاريع الصغيرة، بهدف تزويد المشاركين بالمهن والحرف والموارد والأدوات اللازمة لبدء أو تعزيز مشاريعهم الريادية المتناسبة لاحتياجات سوق العمل. 

الدورات التدريبية: مقدم خدمة التدريب سيعمل على تنفيذ الدورات التدريبية التالية:

• صيانة الدراجات النارية
• صيانة وبرمجة الجوالات
• النجارة
• التمديدات الكهربائية وتركيب وصيانة منظومات الطاقة الشمسية
• الخياطة والتطريز 
• خدمات السباكة
• صيانة التكييف والتبريد
• خياطة المعاوز
• صيانة كهرباء السيارات
• فنون نقش الحناء
• التجميل والكوافير وتصفيف الشعر
• صناعة البخور والعطور
• صناعة الأجبان
• الممارسات الزراعية
• صناعة المعجنات

التدريب الذي سيتم إجراؤه باستخدام طريقة تشاركية تشرك الشباب والشابات كلا بحسب مجموعته، بما في ذلك ساعات التدريب العملية المناسبة.

الإطار الزمني: سيتم جدولة التدريبات حسب الجدول الزمني المتفق عليه خلال 6 أشهر يوم تدريب والذي سيتم تنفيذه على مجموعتين خلال نوفمبر 2024 – يناير 2025 وفترة فبراير 2025 – ابريل 2025
عدد المتدربين: 400 مشاركا (200 امرأة و200 رجل) في فترة 90 يوم لكل جروب. في مديرية موزع ومديرية المعافر في محافظة تعز حيث سيتم مشاركة كشوفات الأسماء مع مزود الخدمة من قبل فريق المشروع

مواد التدريب:

• التخصص المهني والفني لكل مجال في 90 يوم لكل جروب.

 المهام المطلوبة من مقدم الخدمة:
سيقوم المركز / مزود الخدمة بالتالي:

• اختيار مراكز التدريب والقاعات حسب المواصفات المطلوبة في العزل المستهدفة او القريبة منها في مديرية موزع والمعافر 
• اختيار مدربين متخصصين في تدريب المهن والحرف المطلوبة بحيث يقوم كل مدرب متخصص بتدريب عدد لا يزيد عن 20 متدرب في التخصص الذي كلف بتدريبه نظريا وعمليا  
•  تنفيذ التدريبات وفقاً للمناهج المعتمدة للتدريبات المهنية والفنية طبقا لمناهج التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني وتكييف المناهج إذا لزم الأمر ومشاركته للاتفاق عليه مع فريق المشروع 
• • تقديم ﺧطﺔ ﺗطوﯾر اﻟﻣﮭﺎرات، ﻣﻧﮭﺟﯾﺔ اﻟﺗدرﯾب وﺧطط اﻟدروس ﺑﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ذﻟك ﻣﻧﮭﺟﯾﺔ اﻟﺗدرﯾب وأدواته.
• توفير المواد التدريبية لجميع المشاركين (الكتب ذات الصلة، والمطبوعات ... الخ) ذات الصلة بمنهج التدريب مع طباعة 5 مواد تدريبية إضافية لفريق المشروع لكل دورة.
• تدريب لمدة 90 يوما لكل مجموعة يتم إجراؤه بواسطة مدربين ذوي خبرة ومؤهلين.
• ضمان توفير المعدات المطلوبة بعدد كاف (لا يزيد عن 3 متدربين للأداة الواحدة) لإنجاز التدريب العملي للمتدربين بحيث يقضي كل متدرب/ة 70 % على الأقل من ساعات الدوام في التدريب العملي.
• كشوفات الحضور والانصراف اليومي.
• خدمات التدريب على النحو المطلوب.
• شهادات استكمال التدريب لجميع المشاركين الذين أكملوا التدريب.
• تقديم تقرير نهائي باللغة العربية والانجليزية شاملة نتائج التقييم القبلي والبعدي والتقييم النهائي لكل متدرب/ة

المؤهلات:

مؤهلات ووصف مقدمي الخدمات:

• مراكز التدريب / مزودين الخدمة لديهم تعاقد مع مدربين ذو خبرة تدريب لا تقل عن 2 سنتين في التدريب المقترح. الخبرة في العمل مع الشباب تعتبر اضافية.
• خبرة لمدة عام على الأقل في تنفيذ تدريبات مماثلة.
• القدرة والخبرة في اتباع منهجية تدريب تفاعلية وجذابة وشاملة لكل من المعرفة والمهارات العملية والنظرية.
• القدرة على تقديم التقارير باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

مراكز التدريب والقاعات:

• توفير قاعات تدريبية لا تقل عن 20 قاعات تدريب مجهزة تجهيزاً كاملاً مع وسائل تدريب بصرية وسمعية ومولدات لتجنب مشكلة الكهرباء على أن تقع مراكز التدريب في منطقة آمنة داخل المديرية وقريبة من العزل المستهدفة لتكون قريبة ويمكن الوصول إليها بسهولة وتتسع للتدريب.
• توفير أجهزة عرض داتا شو لا يقل عددها عن 20 أجهزة
• يجب أن تكون قاعات التدريب مجهزة بشكل كامل بأحدث المعدات وأدوات التدريب اللازمة للتدريب.
• سهولة وصول المتدربين لمراكز التدريب ووجود اسعافات أولية وسهولة وصول المعاقين للقاعات ومراكز التدريب النظري والعملي
• لديها حمامات مع توفير المياه والصابون ومنطقة استراحة أو مساحة مفتوحة 
• الأفضلية للمراكز التي أظهرت خبرة في العمل مع الشباب.
• الأفضلية للمراكز التي توفر خدمات التدريب للشباب والشابات من قبل المدربين والمرشدين التدريبين.

التقييم ومعايير الاختيار:
ستختار منظمة صناع النهضة مزود الخدمة بناءً على المعايير التالية:

• قدرة المتقدم على استيفاء مؤهلات ووصف مقدمي التدريب والمتدربين ومراكز وقاعات التدريب
• قاعات التدريب المجهزة بشكل كامل بأحدث المعدات وأدوات التدريب اللازمة للتدريب.
• الخبرة المهنية المتخصصة والمؤهلات للمدربين المرشحين.
• خبرة مقدم التدريب في العمل مع الشباب من الرجال والنساء.
• طريقة التيسير في طرق التدريب من حيث الإبداع والتفاعل والتطبيق العملي.
• المستوى الذي سيتم تجهيز المركز وقاعات التدريب بشكل جيد لغرض التدريب.
• فترة تسليم المواد التدريبية لفريق منظمة صناع النهضة
• ملاءمة مراكز التدريب وإمكانية الوصول إليها والقرب من المواقع الحيوية المركزية.
• تنفيذ التدريب خلال الفترة المحددة.
• مهارات اللغة العربية - مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية.

وسيعمل مقدم الخدمة بشكل وثيق مع: 

منسق المشروع، ضابط الامن الغذائي

إرشادات التقديم:

يرجى من المتقدمين تقديم الوثائق التالية لمنظمة صناع النهضة. وهي كالتالي:

 1) الملف الشخصي للمزود / المركز. (تاريخ الإنشاء، الخدمات، عدد الموظفين، تصريح المزاولة و ... إلخ) وفي حالة تم التقديم من قبل جهة حكومية يتم ارفاق مذكرة او رسالة رسمية تثبت ان المركز او الجهة المتقدمة تتبع جهة حكومية.
2) قائمة الدورات التدريبية التي يقدمها مقدم الخدمة/ مقدم الطلب
3) جدول يوضح الخبرة السابقة ذات صلة بالتدريبات المتعلقة بالخدمة (عدد التدريبات ونوعية التدريبات وعدد الأشخاص المتدربين، وعدد الشباب والشابات).
4) وصف تفصيلي لمنهجية التدريب المقترحة مع أمثلة.
5) وصف المواد التدريبية التي سيتم توزيعها على المشاركين.
6) وصف كيفية تجهيز قاعات التدريب للدورات التدريبية.
7) السير الذاتية للمدربين المحددين كلا بحسب تخصصه والمهنة التي سيدربها مع نسخ ممسوحة ضوئيًا من شهاداته التدريبية والتأهيلية.
8) الوصف لمركز التدريب مدعم بالجداول والصور ويتضمن: عدد قاعات التدريب، تجهيزات قاعات التدريب، المساحات المفتوحة / المساحات المشتركة، التسهيلات والمرافق الأخرى وعدد المشاركين في القاعة.
9) السعر المالي لكل مشارك/ة مفصل على النحو التالي:

Project Name:

Addressing the basic and emergency livelihoods needs of food insecure IDP and Host community households in Taiz governorate.

Basic Information:

Assignment: Implementing the vocational and life skills training program in high-demand sectors and professions in the market.
Objective: Supporting Small Businesses: Vocational training for 400 young men and women from vulnerable groups in Mawza and Al-Maafer districts, Taiz Governorate, to support establishing or expanding businesses and small projects.

Location:  Mawza and Al-Maafer districts - Taiz governorate.

Duration of Vocational Training:  90 days for each group.

Organization Name: Nahda Makers Organization.

Training Background:

The training aims to increase access to vocational training programs and provide young people with practical skills and knowledge in various fields through vocational training programs. It focuses on improving youth employability in targeted areas by addressing skills gaps and fostering entrepreneurship in the Labor market.

These trainings will be provided with the objective of improving the livelihoods of the targeted households in both branches in Mawza and Al-Maafer districts. A total of 400 individuals (200 women and 200 men) will be targeted for vocational training and life skills. with 50% of women and 50% of men receiving vocational training based on market survey recommendations conducted in the targeted areas.
Service:
Cordaid organization is seeking training service providers who have the ability and previous experience to deliver high-quality training to the targeted beneficiaries to enhance youth recovery and resilience within the framework of small business support activities implemented by the Nahda Makers Organization (NMO). This will be done using comprehensive and participatory training methods in the specified areas of vocational training for young men and women, totaling 400 individuals (approximately 200 men and 200 women) for a duration of  90 days for each group, with an average of not less than 5 hours per day during the morning with providing of a for each trainee as described below., in the targeted areas of  Mawza and Al-Maafer districts, Taiz Governorate.
The service, based on market survey recommendations, includes several prominent services, such as:

• Qualified and certified trainers from TEVT, men and women, in accordance with the target group and the type of training,
• Using internationally recognized curricula from the TEVT and adapting them if necessary.
•  Printing training materials for trainees in high quality, with printing 5 additional training materials for the project team for each course.
• Conducting pre- and post-assessments.
• Conducting technical and vocational training.
• Documentation
• Equipping training rooms with necessary tools and equipment
• Providing required stationary materials and any requirement for trainees. 
•  Providing a snack for each trainee containing (1 bottle of water 750 ml - 1 juice 200 ml - 1 pieces of croissant - 1 piece of small round pizza -2 Sandwich lever - 2 pieces of beauty four cakes - 1 piece of small cake) for each trainee every day during the training period.
• Conducting Final evaluation of skills, knowledge, and behavior.
• Providing a final training report in both Arabic and English.
•  Providing accredited certificates for the trainees

The service should be implemented of high quality and in full coordination with the project team. 
Training Courses Description:

1-    Vocational Training:

This training aims to provide support to small projects, with the aim of providing participants with the professions, crafts, resources and tools necessary to start or enhance their entrepreneurial projects that are compatible with the needs of the labor market.

The training courses: The training provider is to provide the following training courses:

• Motorcycle repair
• Mobile phone repair and programming
• Carpentry
• Electricity, wiring, and installation of solar systems.
• Sewing and embroidery
• Plumbing services
• Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Maintenance
• Ma’awz Knitting
• Automotive Electrical Maintenance
• Henna Artistry
• Beauty, hairdressing and hairdressing.
• Making incense and perfumes
• Cheesemaking
• Agricultural practices
• Pastry making

The training is to be conducted using a participatory modality that engages men and women, according to their groups including adequate practical training hours.

Timeframe: Training will be scheduled according to the agreed schedule time for 6 months which will be in two groups conducted in Nov 2024 – Jan 2025 and Feb 2025- Apr 2025.

The number of trainees: 400 participants (200 women and 200 Men) within a period of 90 days for each group.   In the  Mawza and Al-Maafer districts in Taiz Governorate, where the lists of names will be shared with the service provider by the project team.
Training topics:

• vocational training for each field in 90 days for each group.

Tasks of service provider

The Center/Service provider will provide:

• Select training centers and halls according to the required specifications in the targeted subdistricts or those nearby in the  Mawza and Al-Maafer districts.
• Select specialized trainers in the required vocations and crafts where each specialized trainer trains no more than 20 trainees in the specialty that he was assigned to train theoretically and practically.
• Implement the training according to the approved curricula for vocational and technical training according to the TEVT curricula adapt the curricula if necessary and share it for agreement with the project team.
• Provide a skills development plan, training methodology, and lesson plans including training methodology and tools.
• Provide training materials to all participants (relevant books, printouts…etc.) relevant to the training curriculum with printing 5 additional training materials for the project team for each course.
• 90 days for each training group to be conducted by certified experienced trainers.
• Ensure that the required equipment is provided with a sufficient number (no more than 3 trainees per tool) to complete the practical training of trainees so that each trainee spends at least 70% of the working hours in practical training.
• Daily attendance registrations.
• Coaching services as required.
• Certificates of completion for all participants who completed the training.
• Final training report In Arabic and English, including the results of the pre-and post-evaluation and the final evaluation of each trainee.

Qualifications:

Training Materials & Trainers:

• Centers/providers that have contracted certified trainers with at least 2 years of training experience on the specific subject. Experience in working with youth is a plus.
• Training center’s experience of at least 1 year in conducting similar training.
• Training methodology to be interactive, engaging, and inclusive of both practical and theoretical

knowledge and skills.

• Ability to provide reports in both Arabic and English languages.

Training Centers & Halls:

• Provide training halls with at least 20 fully equipped, training halls with visual training aids and generators to avoid electricity issues. The training centers are to be located in a safe area within the district and nearby the targeted subdistrict, to be close and accessible easily and suitable for training.
• Providing no less than 20 data show devices
• Training halls to be fully equipped with Adequate and up-to-date equipment and training tools required for the training.
• Centers are accessible for people with disabilities are preferred.
• Centers that have bathroom with providing water and soap a break area or open space
• Centers that have demonstrated experience in working with youth are preferred.
• Centers that provide coaching services to young men and women by trainers and mentors are preferred.

EVALUATION AND THE SELECTION CRITERIA:

NMO will select the service providers based on the following criteria:

• The applicant’s ability to meet the qualification and description of providers for the training, trainers, and training centers and halls.
• Training halls fully equipped with the latest equipment and training tools necessary for training 
• The specialized professional experience and qualifications of the proposed trainers.
• The facilitation modality in the training methodology in terms of creativity, interactivity, and practicality.
• The level at which the center and the training halls are well equipped for the training purpose.
• The delivery period of training materials to the NMO team.
• Training centers’ adequacy, accessibility, and proximity to central locations.
• Implementing the training on time.
• Arabic skills – English skills.

The Service provider will work closely with:  project coordinator and project officer.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

Applicants are requested to submit the following documents to NMO which are as the followings:

1.    Profile of provider/center. (date of establishment, services, number of staff, permit, …etc.).  In case the application is submitted by a government side, an official memorandum or letter proving that the center or applying site is affiliated with a government side must be attached.
2.    List of the training courses the applicant service provider is applying for.
3.    A table with the relevant experience of relevant training conducted in the center (# training and # people trained, # young men and women).
4.    Detailed description of the proposed training methodology with examples.
5.    Description of training material to be distributed to participants.
6.    Description of how the training halls are equipped for the training.
7.    The trainers' resumes, each according to their specialization and the profession they will train, along with scanned copies of their training and qualification certificates.
8.    Description of training center with pictures to include the number of training halls, how are the training halls equipped, open space/common areas, other facilities, and number of participants per hall.
9.    Rate Card/Rate per participant per training course mentioned in the service description above in USD.
The value of the training seat will include the following:

• Trainer wages.
• Hall rent and training process requirements.
• facilitator wages.
• Training stationery "printing of training curricula - pen - note - banners

10.    A scan/copy of the provider’s registration.
11.    List of two similar services conducted (with non-governmental organizations) in the last three years. Please include:
