الدعوة لمناقصة أنشاء أنظمة أتمتة لعدد 3 مؤسسات مجتمع مدني في مدينة عدن 

مؤسسة SOS  للتنمية هي انطلاقه جديدة لمركز SOS لتنمية قدرات الشباب سابقاً وهي مؤسسة أهلية غير ربحية تأسست بجهود مجموعة من الشباب الناشط في المجتمع المدني والذين يمتلكون خبرة واسعة في تنفيذ المشاريع التنموية, وتسعى المؤسسة إلى المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة بالشراكة مع ثلاثي التنمية (الحكومة – القطاع الخاص – المجتمع المدني)، وكذا إعمال حقوق الإنسان وتعزيز الحماية والحماية الطارئة للنازحين والمجتمعات المضيفة والفئات الأقل حظاً مع مراعاة النوع الاجتماعي، والتركيز على تنمية وتمكين الأفراد والمجتمعات المحلية سياسياً واقتصادياً واجتماعياً وثقافياً مع رفع وعي المجتمع وتقديم الدعم لمتخذي القرار في القضايا المختلفة في سبيل إعداد جيل قادر على المشاركة في صناعة القرار بفعالية.

تعلن مؤسسة SOS للتنمية عن إنزال المناقصة التالية:

مناقصة أنشاء أنظمة أتمتة لعدد 3 مؤسسات مجتمع مدني في مدينة عدن 

وعليه ندعو الشركات المؤهلين المتخصصين في نفس المجال تقديم عطاءاتهم وذلك وفقاً للتالي:

1. يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصات من خلال معلومات كاملة عن طريق تنزيل الملفات من الرابط الاسفل.

2. تقدم العطاءات الى مقر مؤسسة SOS للتنمية الواقع في محافظة عدن، المنصورة، ريمي، كورنيش المحافظ، امام مدرسة نون والقلم بجانب صندوق المعاقين، في مظروف مختوم بالشمع الأحمر ومكتوب عليه اسم المشروع واسم ورقم المناقصة واسم مقدم العطاء ومرفقاً بها ما يلي:

1. الظرف 1: مدة صلاحية عرض السعر المالي 90 يوم ابتداء من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
2. الظرف 2: العرض الفني

• - يتم تقديم العطاء بعمله الدولار الامريكي. واي عطاء يقدم بعملة مغايرة سيتم استبعاده
• - صورة من البطاقة الضريبية.
• - صورة من السجل التجاري.
• - صورة من البطاقة التأمينية إن وجدت.
• - صورة من شهادة مزاولة المهنة.

ويشترط ان تكون كافة الوثائق المشار إليها بعالية سارية المفعول

كما يجب على المتقدم ارفاق التالي: 

• - ارفاق الخبرات السابقة له في مجال المناقصات 
• - بروفايل الشركة 
• - لن يتم النظر في المستندات الغير كاملة 

في حال وجود أي استفسارات عن المناقصة فينبغي ان تصل تلك الاستفسارات الى المؤسسة بمدة لا تقل عن خمسة ايام من تاريخ الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات وذلك عبر الايميل التالي: tenders@sosfd.org

Development of Automation Systems for Three Civil Society Organizations in Aden

SOS Foundation for Development**, formerly known as the SOS Center for Youth Capacity Development, is a non-profit civil society organization established by a group of dedicated youth activists with extensive experience in implementing development projects. The foundation aims to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals through partnerships with the development triangle (government – private sector – civil society). It also works to uphold human rights, promote protection and emergency assistance for IDPs and host communities, and support marginalized groups, with a strong focus on gender inclusion. The organization is committed to empowering individuals and local communities politically, economically, socially, and culturally while raising awareness and providing support to decision-makers to help prepare a generation capable of active participation in shaping policy.

SOS Foundation for Development is pleased to announce the following tender:

Tender Title: Development of Automation Systems for Three Civil Society Organizations in Aden

We invite qualified and specialized companies in the field to submit their proposals in accordance with the following guidelines:

1.    Tender documents can be downloaded using the link provided at the end of this announcement.

2.    Bid Submission:  

All bids must be submitted in person to the SOS Foundation for Development office located in Aden, Al-Mansoura, Remi, Governor’s Corniche, in front of Noon & Qalam School, next to the Disability Fund.  
Bids should be placed in a sealed envelope with red wax, clearly labeled with the project name, tender number, and the name of the bidding company. The submission must include the following:

   - Envelope 1: Financial offer (valid for 90 days from the bid opening date).  
   - Envelope 2: Technical offer  

Additional requirements:

   - All bids must be submitted in USD. Bids submitted in other currencies will be disqualified.  
   - Copy of Tax ID  
   - Copy of Commercial Registration  
   - Copy of Social Security ID (if available)  
   - Copy of Professional Practice License  
   - All documents must be valid and up to date

3. Also include:

   - Previous experience in similar tenders  
   - Company profile  
   -Incomplete submissions will not be considered
