إعلان مناقصة    TENDER NOTICE

تعلن مؤسسة ينابيع الخير الخيرية  YKFعن رغبتها في إنزال مناقصة رقم " YKF-TNDR-26-02"، تحت اسم "اتفاقية إطارية لتقديم خدمة التحويلات النقدية والقسائم" في مديريات المضاربة وطور الباحة والمسيمير – محافظة لحج.

على جميع مزودي الخدمة الذين يمتلكون الرغبة والخبرة والكفاءة في تنفيذ مشاريع خدمات التحويلات النقدية والقسائم، تنزيل وثيقة المناقصة من الرابط أدناه.

يشترط في المتقدم للمناقصة ما يلي:

أن يكون العطاء موضوعًا في مظروف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر، ويُكتب عليه اسم مزود الخدمة أو الشركة المتقدمة مع رقم المناقصة. علمًا بأنه لن يُنظر إلى أي وثائق مناقصة ما لم تكن موقعة ومختومة من قبل مزود الخدمة أو الشركة المتقدمة، ويجب إرفاق الوثائق التالية:

1.    السجل التجاري (ساري المفعول)
2.    رخصة مزاولة المهنة (سارية المفعول)
3.    البطاقة الزكوية (سارية المفعول)
4.    البطاقة الضريبية (سارية المفعول)
5.    ترخيص تقديم الخدمات المالية.
6.    وثائق تثبت الخبرة السابقة في تنفيذ الأعمال المذكورة أعلاه.
7.    صورة من البطاقة الشخصية/ جواز السفر لمالك الشركة و2 من كبار الموظفين على الأقل.

على أن تكون الوثائق صادرة من مناطق الشرعية المعترف بها دولياً.

علما أن آخر موعد لاستلام العطاءات هو الساعة 10:00 صباحا، الموافق 10 – مايو – 2026م، في مقر المؤسسة الكائن في مدينة عدن – المنصورة - شارع التسعين - خلف القطيبي للصرافة - مقابل هاي كلاس للشقق المفروشة، وأي عطاء يقدم بعد الوقت المحدد لن يتم استلامه.

ملاحظة:
1-    يعتبر العطاء ملغي في حالة مخالفة أي من الشروط أعلاه.
2-    المؤسسة غير ملزمة بالإرساء على أقل العطاءات.

Yanabia Al-Khair Charity Foundation YKF announces its intention to issue Tender Number
 " YKF-TNDR-26-02" titled "Framework Agreement for Cash Transfer and Voucher Services" in the Districts of Al-Mudharabah, Tur Al-Baha and Al-Musaymir – Lahj Governorate.

Service providers with the necessary experience and qualifications for executing cash transfer and voucher services projects are invited to download the tender documents from the link below.

Tender Requirements:

The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with red wax, clearly labeled with the service provider's name or the company’s name and the tender number. Please note that any tender documents not signed and stamped by the service provider or the company will not be considered. The following documents must be attached:

1-    Valid Commercial registration certificate
2-    Valid Professional practice license
3-    Valid Zakat Certificate
4-    Valid Tax certificate
5-    License to provide Financial Services
6-    Documents proving previous experience in executing the aforementioned services.
7-    Copy of the identification card/passport of the company owner and at least two senior staff members.

The legal documents must be issued by areas within Yemen that are under the control of the internationally recognized legitimate government.
The deadline for receiving bids is 10:00 AM on May 10 , 2026, at the headquarters located in Aden City - Bir Fadl Neighborhood - Block 12 - Al-Teseen Street behind Al-Qutaybi Exchange - Next to High Class Furnished Apartments, and any bid received after the deadline and time will not be received.

Notes:

1.    Bids will be disqualified if they do not meet any of the above requirements.
2.    The Foundation is not obligated to award the contract to the lowest bid.
