 اتفاقية خدمات رئيسية – محافظة عدن

منظمة غدق للتنمية هي منظمة تطوعية مستقلة غير حكومية وغير ربحية تأسست في سبتمبر 2015م أنشئت لغرض محدد هو توفير التنمية الفردية والمجتمعية والإغاثة في حالات الكوارث والتعافي وإعادة الاعمار، وتستجيب فيها لجميع مجالات القطاعات الإنسانية بما فيها الرعاية الصحية الأولية، والتنمية الاقتصادية والزراعية، والتعليم، والأمن الغذائي وسبل المعيشة.

تدعو منظمة غدق للتنمية جميع الشركات والمؤسسات غير الحكومية العاملة في اليمن والمسجلة وفقا لقانون الجمهورية اليمنية للمشاركة في تقديم مقترحات التأهيل لتوقيع اتفاقية رئيسية لخدمات تأجير سيارات ووسائل نقل للمنظمة.

موقع الخدمات المطلوبة:  محافظات عدن لحج الضالع ابين حضرموت تعز المدينة الحديدة حيس (عدن)

توفر اتفاقية الخدمات الرئيسية إطارًا للطلبات المتكررة للخدمات بسعر ثابت طوال فترة الاتفاقية مع السماح بطلب كميات وانواع متغيرة من الخدمات وتواريخ التسليم. مقابل ان تقوم المنظمة بحصر طلبات الشراء للخدمات المذكورة أعلاه من مزود الخدمة الذي سيتم التعاقد معه.

يمكن الحصول على اوراق مقترحات التأهيل ومواصفات الخدمات عبر طلب رسمي مختوم مرفق بالسجل التجاري والبطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول وارساله إلى عنوان البريد الإليكتروني التالي:

يجب تسليم العطاءات الى عنوان البريد الإليكتروني التالي :

في موعد اقصاه 31 يناير 2025 م قبل الساعة 11 مساءً بتوقيت اليمن. سيتم فقط اعتبار العطاءات المقدمة قبل موعد الاغلاق.

يجب ارسال العطاءات مختومة مع ذكر اسم مقدم العطاء وعنونة البريد الاليكتروني كالتالي:

Tender Announcement for the Qualification of a Master Service Agreement - Aden  

Ghadaq for Development Organization is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit voluntary organization established in September 2015 for the specific purpose of providing individual and community development, disaster relief, recovery and reconstruction, and responds to all areas of the humanitarian sectors including primary health care, economic and agricultural development, education, food security and livelihoods.

Ghadaq Development Organization invites all companies and non-governmental organizations operating in Yemen and registered according to the law of Yemen to participate in submitting qualification proposals to sign a Master Service Agreement for car rental and transportation for the organization.

Description of services required: 

Car Rental and Transportation Services.

Location and Services required: Aden, Lahj, Aldhalea, Abyan, Hadhramout, Taiz City, Hodidah Hays (Aden)

The Master Service Agreement provides a framework for repeated requests for services at a fixed price throughout the term of the agreement while permitting the ordering of variable quantities and types of services and delivery dates. In return for the organization to limit the purchase requests for the above-mentioned goods and services from the supplier to be contracted with.

by January 31, 2025, before 11:00 PM, Yemen Timing. Only bids submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered. All tenders should be stamped and submitted with bidder name, and email subject should be as follows:
