Yemen Al-Khair for Relief and Development (YARD) is looking for qualified service providers to submit their quotations for the tender mentioned blow:

 مؤسسة يمن الخير للإغاثه والتنمية تبحث عن مقدمي خدمات مؤهلين لتقديم عروضهم للمناقصة المذكورة ادناه:

The tender will be conducted using YARD standard bidding documents, open to all qualified service providers. The bidding documents are available in the link shown in the above table. 

سوف تجري المناقصة باستخدام وثائق مؤسسة يمن الخير YARD لمعايير العطاء ويمكن لجميع مقدمي الخدمات المؤهلين الحصول على وثيقة المناقصة عن طريق الرابط الموضحة في الجدول اعلاه.  

Please read the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS for qualifications and requirements. 

يرجى الاطلاع على تعليمات مقدمين العطاءات الموجودة في وثائق المناقصة للحصول على المؤهلات والمتطلبات، 

All bids must be submitted to Yemen Al-Khair for Relief and Development (YARD) – 6th floor- Neom Hospital Building- Opposite City Center- 40 street- Almojama'a- Marib Gov– Republic of Yemen - not later than Wednesday April. 30th, 2025  at 11:00 A.M. 

Note: ” Technical and financial Offers must be separated”

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address indicated above, marked with the name of the Entity, tender reference number, type of tender, and the name of the supplier together with;

1.    A bank guarantee, or certified cheque, that is non-cancellable and must be valid for 120 days from the date of the opening of envelopes with an amount no less no less than % 2.5 from the total price offered.
2.    A copy of valid Commercial Registry Issued in Aden.
3.    A copy of valid tax card Issued in Aden.
4.    A copy Of Zakat Card Issued in Aden 
5.    A Copy of valid practicing license
6.    All other terms and requirements as stated in the bidding document

أخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات  هو يوم الأربعاء الموافق 30/4/2025م في الساعة 11:30 صباحا في مظروف مختوم إلى مكتب مؤسسة يمن الخير للإغاثة والتنمية- العنوان (:محافظة مارب –  شارع الأربعين–  أمام سيتي سنتر -  المجمع – مبنى مستشفى نيوم الدور السادس - الجمهورية اليمنية).

ملاحظة: " يجب وضع العروض الفنية والمالية المقدمة في مظاريف منفصلة"  

يجب تقديم العطاءات في مظروف مختوم إلى العنوان المشار إليه أعلاه، مع ذكر اسم الجهة، رقم مرجع المناقصة، نوع المناقصة، واسم المقاول، بالإضافة إلى:-

1.    ضمانة بنكية ابتدائية غير قابلة للإلغاء وغير مشروطة  أو شيك مصادق ساري المفعول لمدة 120 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف. وبمبلغ لا يقل عن وبمبلغ لا يقل عن 2.5% من اجمالي مبلغ العطاء
2.     نسخة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول إصدار عدن.
3.    نسخة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول إصدار عدن.
4.    نسخة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول إصدار عدن. 
5.    نسخة من رخصة ممارسة المهنة ساريه المفعول .
6.    جميع الشروط والمتطلبات الأخرى الواردة في وثيقة المناقصة .
