Polish Humanitarian Action invites qualified radio stations, media, or advertising agencies to submit quotations for media services.

TYPE OF CONTRACT

The objective of this assignment is to select a radio station capable of producing and broadcasting high-quality, culturally appropriate, and interactive radio programmes that raise awareness on climate change adaptation and resilience among IDPs and host communities in Marib Al-Wadi and Marib City.

Criteria for selection:

1- Formal criteria:

• Legal license or registration certificate stating activity as a radio station, media, or advertising agency, or any authorized document proving legal status to practice these activities.

 2- Minimum criteria:

• Local presence in Marib — preference for direct contracts with: Radio 26, Sheba Station, or Alathadia Station.
• Proof of similar current or previous work, or a contract with a Marib-based station if the bidder does not maintain an office in Marib.

3- Qualitative criteria:

• Price.
• Coverage & Signal Reach: Marib - Alwadi area.
• Experience in conducting similar content .
• Proper proposal with broadcasting details and types of the program that they offer .

هدف هذه المهمة هو اختيار محطة إذاعية قادرة على إنتاج وبث برامج إذاعية عالية الجودة، مناسبة ثقافيا، وتفاعلية ترفع الوعي حول التكيف مع تغير المناخ والمرونة بين النازحين والمجتمعات المضيفة في مارب الوادي ومدينة مأرب.

معايير الاختيار:

1- المعايير الرسمية:

•  ترخيص قانوني أو شهادة تسجيل توضح النشاط كمحطة إذاعية أو إعلامية أو وكالة إعلانية، أو أي وثيقة مصرح بها تثبت الوضع القانوني لممارسة هذه الأنشطة.

 2- الحد الأدنى من المعايير:

• التواجد المحلي في مارب — تفضيل العقود المباشرة مع: راديو 26، محطة شيبا، أو المحطة الاتحادية. إثبات عمل مشابه حالي أو سابق، أو عقد مع محطة مقرها مارب إذا لم يكن مقدم العرض يمتلك مكتب في مارب

.3- المعايير النوعية:

• السعر.
• التغطية ونطاق الإشارة: منطقة مارب - الوادي.
• خبرة في تقديم محتوى مشابه .
• تقديم مقترح متكامل يوضح تفاصيل البث وانواع البرامج المقدمة  .
