تعلن مؤسسة كل البنات للتنمية (AGF) عن رغبتها في إنزال المناقصة العامة الخاصة بالتعاقدات التالية:

تدعو مؤسسة كل البنات للتنمية (AGF) الشركات/الموردين المؤهلين المرخص لهم في الجمهورية اليمنية والراغبين بالدخول في هذه المناقصة، الى تقديم عطاءاتهم وفقاً لوثائق المناقصة.

طريقة التقديم للمناقصة:  

سيتم إرسال وثائق المناقصة إلكترونيًا عبر البريد الإلكتروني للمتقدمين المهتمين، بعد تعبئة نموذج طلب الحصول على الوثائق من الرابط التالي:

المؤهلات المطلوبة / الخبرة المطلوبة (معايير الاهلية):
من المتوقع أن يكون لدى المتقدم / المورد المؤهلات والمعرفة والمهارات والخبرة ذات الصلة فيما يلي:

• الحد الأعلى من التخصص في مجال عقود التوريدات في المجال الزراعي والحيواني.
• خبرة عالية في العمل مع المنظمات الإنسانية، عقود سابقة مع المنظمات الدولية والمحلية في نفس المجال خلال الثلاث السنوات الماضية.
• القدرة على التنفيذ والتوريد والتوصيل لكافة المناطق المستهدفة.
• أن يكون لدى مقدم العطاء جميع الوثائق القانونية مجددة (سجل تجاري بنفس مجال المناقصة، ورخصة مزاولة المهنة وبطاقة ضريبية / المركز المالي / وبطاقة زكوية وتأمين وأي وثائق متعلقة .... الخ).
• أن يكون العرض المقدم مكتملاً للجوانب الفنية والمالية والتجارية.
• يعتبر هذا الإعلان مكملاً لوثائق المناقصة وفي حال وجود أي اختلاف ما بين الإعلان ووثائق المناقصة، فيجب الاعتداد بما جاء في وثائق المناقصة.
• يجب على مقدم العطاء أن يقدم ضمانة بنكية بمقدار 2.5% من مبلغ العطاء غير مشروطة لمدة 90 يوم من تاريخ تقديم العطاء.
• مدة صلاحية العطاء المقدم لا تقل عن 90 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
• يشترط في المتقدم ان يكون مؤهلاً وقادراً على تنفيذ أنواع الاعمال/ الخدمات المذكورة أعلاه وان يكون قد قام بمشاريع/ خدمات مماثلة خلال الفترة الماضية.
• لن ينظر في الوثائق غير المكتملة.
• لا يعتبر إصدار طلب تقديم العروض هذا التزام على مؤسسة كل البنات للتنمية بالتعاقد او بدفع تكاليف إعداد وتقديم العرض.
• تحتفظ مؤسسة كل البنات للتنمية بحقها في التفاوض على أيٍّ من المقترحات وعروض الأسعار أو قبولها أو رفضها وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص، وفي متابعة أي ردود تراها مناسبة أو اتخاذ إجراءات بشأنها.

يوم الثلاثاء تاريخ 4 نوفمبر 2025 الساعة 2 ظهراً، حيث سيتم رفض العروض المقدمة بعد هذا الموعد.

يتم تسليم عروض المناقصة الى العنوان التالي: 

مكتب مؤسسة كل البنات للتنمية - المكتب الرئيسي للمؤسسة المكلا، خط باعبود ، امام مخابز الصقير – عمارة النقيب – الدور الثالث، يتم التسليم في ظرف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الاحمر ومكتوب علية اسم الجهة ورقم واسم المناقصة الموضح أعلاه. ولن يتم النظر في المظاريف غير المغلقة والعروض المتأخرة. ولن يتم قبول اي تقديم إلكتروني بدون التقديم الورقي.

موعد فتح المظاريف: 

فتح المظاريف سيكون يوم الأربعاء تاريخ 5 نوفمبر 2025 الساعة 10 صباحا في مكتب مؤسسة كل البنات للتنمية - المكلا، خط باعبود، امام مخابز الصقير – عمارة النقيب – الدور الثالث.

 All Girls for Foundation for Development (AGF) invites qualified companies/ suppliers which are registered in the Republic of Yemen and interested in submitting their offer according to the tender documents.

Required qualifications/experience (eligibility criteria):

The applicant/supplier is expected to have the relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and experience in the following:

• The maximum level of specialization in the field of supply contracts in the agricultural and livestock.
• Experience working with NGOs (previous contracts with INGO/NGOs in the same field during the past three years).
• The ability to execute, supply, reach and install on all targeted areas; and
• The bidder must have Valid legal documents (commercial register in the field of the tender, tax card, zakat cards, practice a profession, Insurance card and any other relevant legal documents …etc.).
• This announcement is considered complementary to the tender documents, and in the event of any discrepancy between the advertisement and the tender documents, the contents of the tender documents must be considered.
• The bidder must provide an unconditional bank guarantee (bid bond) of 2.5% of the bid amount for a period of 90 days from the date of submitting the bid.
• The validity period of the submitted bid is not less than 90 days from the date of opening the envelopes.
• The applicant is required to be qualified and able to implement the types of supplies/ services mentioned above, and to have performed similar works/ services during the last period.
• Incomplete documents will not be considered.
• The issuance of this RFP is not considered an obligation on All Girls Foundation (AGF) to contract or to pay the costs of preparing and submitting the proposal.
• All Girls Foundation reserves the right to negotiate, accept or reject any proposals and quotations at its sole discretion, and to follow up on or take action on any responses it deems appropriate.

All Girls Foundation for Development Office - Main Office of the Foundation, Mukalla, Ba'aboud Road, in front of Al-Saqir Bakeries - Al-Naqeeb Building - Third Floor  in a stamped envelope with red wax containing the name of the entity/supplier, the tender subject & its number to the addresses mentioned above. Unsealed envelopes will not be considered. Electronic submission is not applicable.

Envelopes will be opened on WEDNESDAY 5 November 2025 at 10:00 AM.  All Girls Foundation Office - Mukala, Ba'aboud Road, in front of Al-Saqir Bakeries - Al-Naqeeb Building - Third Floor.
