Muslim Hands - Yemen is conducting a tender process within our [Yemen Program] and invites you to submit a bid to provide Muslim Hands, within their requirements, for:

Implementation of Alsahn Water Network and Supply of Water Pump – Marib City District – Marib Gov – Yemen as per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier.

The deadline for Bid Submission is on 18 November 2025, at 4:00 pm (Yemen time) upon conditions in the tender dossier.

Site Visit Optional: We strongly recommend conducting a site visit to ensure accurate pricing and to avoid any misunderstandings or incorrect cost estimations

Mandatory Conditions for Bid Acceptance:

Tender entry condition: Submit a bank guarantee letter of for entering the tender (tender entry guarantee) equivalent to 2.5% of the total financial offer submitted valid for three months. Bids that did not provide a guarantee of entering the tender will not be considered immediately and the tender committee will not open their financial offer.
Bid securities issued by any non-approved banks will not be accepted, nor will those issued by banks that the organization cannot access to withdraw any guarantee.

Opening session:

-    Tender Opening Session: Contractors will be notified of the tender opening date by email.

 تقوم مسلم هاندز بإجراء مناقصة داخل [برنامج اليمن] وتدعوكم إلى تقديم عرض لتزويد مسلم هاندز، في حدود متطلباتهم، بما يلي:

تنفيذ شبكة مياه الصحن وتوريد مضخة مياه – مديرية مدينة مأرب – محافظة مأرب – اليمن. حسب الشروط المفصلة في ملف المناقصة.

الموعد النهائي لتسليم العطاءات 18 نوفمبر 2025، الساعة 4:00 عصراً (بتوقيت اليمن) وفقًا للشروط الواردة في ملف المناقصة.

النزول الميداني: نوصي بشدة بالقيام بزيارة ميدانية للموقع لضمان دقة التسعير وتفادي أي سوء فهم أو تقدير غير صحيح للتكاليف.

شروط اجبارية لقبول العطاءات

شرط دخول المناقصة: تقديم خطاب ضمان بنكي خاص بدخول المناقصة (ضمان دخول مناقصة) بنسبة %2.5 من إجمالي العرض المالي المقدم صالح لمدة ثلاثة أشهر. لن يتم النظر في العطاءات التي لم تقدم ضمان دخول المناقصة على الفور ولن تفتح لجنة المناقصات عرضهم المقدم.
ضمان المناقصة الصادر من أي بنوك غير معتمدة لن تقبل والبنوك التي لا تستطيع المنظمة الوصول اليها عبر سحب أي ضمان ايضاً.

-    جلسة فتح العطاءات: سيتم اشعار الموردين بتاريخ فتح المناقصة عبر الايميل.
