مؤسسة يماني للتنمية والأعمال الإنسانية هي منظمة يمنية مستقلة وغير ربحية، تأسست عام 2013 بموجب تصريح رسمي من وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، ويقع مقرها الرئيسي في عدن. تسعى المؤسسة إلى تعزيز قدرة المجتمعات على مواجهة الأزمات وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال برامج إنسانية ومبادرات تنموية فعّالة. وفي هذا الإطار، تنفذ المؤسسة مشروع تحسين خدمات المياه في هيئة مستشفى مأرب العام بتمويل كريم من مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية.
Yamany Foundation for Development (YDH) is an independent Yemeni non-profit organization established in 2013 under an official license from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, headquartered in Aden. The Foundation aims to strengthen community resilience and promote sustainable development through effective humanitarian programs and initiatives. Within this framework, YDH is implementing the Project for Improving Water Services at Marib General Hospital Authority, funded by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre
ضمـن هذا المشروع تعلن المؤسسة عن طرح المناقصة العامة رقم: YDH/WASH/T006/2025 والتي تختص بـ:
تنفيذ الأعمال المدنية وأعمال التوريد والتركيب في هيئة مستشفى مأرب العام على أساس الأنشطة التالية (في مجموعتين):
المجموعة الأولى: تأهيل البئر الارتوازي القديم مع استبدال المضخة وترميم غرفة الضخ.
المجموعة الثانية: تحسين البنية التحتية لشبكة المياه
Within the framework of this project, the Foundation announces the launch of Public Tender No.YDH/WASH/T006/2025, which concerns
Execution of civil works, supply, and installation works at Marib General Hospital Authority based on the following activities:
LOT I: Rehabilitation of the old artesian well with pump replacement and pump room renovation.
LOT 2: Improvement of the Water Network Infrastructure

Therefore, you are invited to submit your Technical and Financial Proposals in accordance with the tender documents, which specify the contractual terms, (BoQs), and technical specifications.

يجب أن يكون المتقدم جهةً مسجلةً قانونيًا، ويحمل وثائق رسمية سارية المفعول The applicant must be a legally registered entity and hold valid official documents |

تأمين الدخـول Bid Bond |
لضمان جديَّة العطاء يجب إرفاق تأمين ابتدائي غير مشروط بنسبة لا تقل عن (2%) من إجمالي قيمة العطاء. على شكل ضمان بنكي شيك مقبول الدفع لمدة 90 يوما يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف (سيتم استبعاد أي عطاء لا يتضمن ذلك) An unconditional bid security (Bid Bond) of not less than two percent (2%) of the Total Bid Value, in the form of a bank guarantee or a certified check (accepted payment check), valid for 90 days from the date of opening the envelopes. (Any bid that does not include this will be disqualified/excluded). |

الزيارة الموقعية Site visit |
تُعد زيارة الموقع إلزامية حيث يجب على المقاولين المهتمين معاينة الموقع والتحقق من ظروف العمل وحالة البئر والخزان القائم وشبكة المستشفى قبل تقديم العروض، ويجب الحصول على شهادة زيارة موقع موثقة، ولن يتم قبول أي عرض بدون هذه الشهادة. The site visit is mandatory, where interested Contractors must inspect the site and verify the working conditions, the status of the well, and the existing tank at their own responsibility. A documented site visit certificate must be obtained, and any bid submitted without this certificate will not be accepted |

تقديم وفتح العطاءات: Subm and opening ⏰ |
- يتم تقديم العطاءات الى مؤسسة يماني للتنمية (المكتب الرئيسي) خلال أوقات الدوام الرسمي. - التقديم متاح الى الساعة الثالثة عصراً من يوم الخميس 18/12/2025،) ولن يُنظر في أي عطاءات تقدم بعد هذا الموعد). - سيتم فتح العطاءات يوم الأحد 21/12/2025 عند العاشرة صباحاً، في مكتب YDH (بحضور المتقدمين أو من ينوب عنهم رسميًا) Bids shall be submitted to (YDH) Head Office at the address indicated above) during official working hours. Submission is available until 3:00 PM , 18/12/2025. (Any bids submitted after this deadline will not be considered). Bids will be opened, 21/12/2025, at 10:00 AM, at the YDH office (in the Pedder's or representatives) |
