Oxfam is conducting a tender process within [Yemen] and invites your submission of a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for:

Open Tender: of Provision of Hygiene & WASH Kitso enter into a framework agreement with Oxfam for 3 years with possible extension for maximum another year in agreement between the two parties as per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier.

*Please submit an official letter of request with a valid email and contact details. Between 9 am- 3:00 pm (Yemen Aden- time) 

The tender dossier can be downloaded via a Box link that will be shared with you via email.

The deadline for withdraw the tender dossier is [24 Feb 2026]

The deadline for submission of tenders is [1-March-2026] at 3 pm (Yemen-Aden time) to Oxfam office in Aden, upon conditions in the tender dossier.

Oxfam does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.

أوكسفام منظمة دولية غير حكومية مسجلة. وهي عضو في منظمة أوكسفام الدولية ، وهي اتحاد دولي يضم 17 منظمة تعمل معاً في 98 بلداً مع شركاء وحلفاء آخرين في جميع أنحاء العالم.
وتركز منظمة أوكسفام أنشطتها على توفير استجابة شاملة للفقر ، حيث تعمل بشكل متجانس في المجالات الأربعة التي تشكل هويتها: التعاون الإنمائي ، والعمل الإنساني ، والتجارة المجهدة ، والتعبئة الاجتماعية ، والحملات ، والتعليم من أجل المواطنة العالمية.

تقوم أوكسفام بإجراء مناقصة داخل [برنامج اليمن] وتدعوكم إلى تقديم مقترح لتزويد أوكسفام ، في حدود متطلباتهم ، بما يلي:

مناقصة عامة (لتوفير حقائب المياه والاصحاح البيئي عبر اتفاقية طويلة الاجل مع اوكسفام لمدة ثلاث سنوات مع امكانية التمديد لمدة اقصاها سنة بموافقة الطرفين.)

حسب الشروط المفصلة في ملف المناقصة.

*يرجى تقديم خطاب طلب رسمي مذكور فيه بريد إلكتروني صحيح وبيانات الاتصال. من الساعة 9 صباحًا حتى 3:00 مساءً (بتوقيت اليمن) من الأحد إلى الخميس.

يمكن تحميل ملف العطاء عبر الرابط الذي سيتم مشاركته معك عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

الموعد النهائي لسحب ملف المناقصة هو [24 - فيراير 2026]

الموعد النهائي لتسليم العطاءات هو [1 مارس 2026] الساعة 3 مساءً (بتوقيت عدن-اليمن) الى مكتب اوكسفام في عدن، حسب الشروط الواردة في ملف العطاء.

لا تلتزم أوكسفام بمنح العطاء لأدنى عرض ، وتحتفظ بالحق في قبول العرض كله أو جزء منه.
