Muslim Hands - Yemen is conducting a tender process within [Yemen Program] and invites your submission of a proposal to provide Muslim Hands, within their requirements, for:

A brief summary of the tender: 

Muslim Hands is seeking to grant the contract for the provision of winter kits and food supplies to approximately (330) internally displaced families (IDPs) residing in Marib Governorate.

The distribution of these supplies is scheduled to begin in the last week of November in the Marib camps. The supplier is required to sort and pack the items into designated boxes for each family, taking into account the age group and gender of family members according to the list approved by the organization.

Additionally, the supplier will be responsible for transporting the winter supplies and food assistance to the targeted camps, and must also provide a suitable warehouse with adequate space for storing and sorting these materials.

The deadline for submission of tenders is Sunday [09/11/2025] at 04:00 pm and the envelopes will be opened on the next day of submission of bids, at 10:00 AM. (Yemen time) upon conditions in the tender dossier.

Muslim Hands does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender, it also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason

 تقوم مسلم هاندز بإجراء مناقصة داخل [برنامج اليمن] وتدعوكم إلى تقديم مقترح لتزويد مسلم هاندز، في حدود متطلباتهم، بما يلي:

ملخص عن المناقصة: 

منظمة مسلم هاندز تسعى لمنح عقد توفير مستلزمات شتوية وإمدادات الغذاء لحوالي عدد (330) عائلة نازحة داخليًا تقيم في محافظة مأرب.

من المقرر أن يبدأ توزيع هذه الإمدادات في الأسبوع الأخير من نوفمبر في مخيمات مأرب. يتعين على المورد فرز الأصناف وتعبئتها في صناديق مخصصة لكل عائلة، مع مراعاة الفئة العمرية والجنس لأفراد الأسرة وفقًا للقائمة المعتمدة من المنظمة.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ستكون مسؤولية المورد نقل المستلزمات الشتوية وإمدادات الغذاء إلى المخيمات المستهدفة، كما يجب عليه توفير مستودع مناسب بمساحة كافية لتخزين هذه المواد وفرزها.

لا تلتزم مسلم هاندز بمنح العطاء لأدنى عرض، وتحتفظ بالحق في قبول العرض كله أو جزء منه. كما تحتفظ بحق قبول أي عطاء أو رفضه دون إبداء الأسباب.
