إعــلان مناقصـة العامة - CALL FOR TENDER\

تعلن/  مؤسسة صلة للتنمية عن مناقصة توريد حقائب النظافة الأساسية فعلى الموردين المؤهلين الراغبين في التقديم على المناقصة تقديم عروضهم في هذه المناقصة العامة التالية:

وعليه تدعوكم مؤسسة صلة للتنمية في المشاركة بالمناقصة المذكورة أعلاه وفي حال رغبتكم في الحصول على وثائق المناقصة إرسال طلب خطي بطلب وئاثق المناقصة على البريد التالي :

على أن يسلم العطاء من نسخة (أصل ورقية) في مظروف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر وذلك يوم الاحد 27/04/2025 م الساعة 1 ظهرا إلى العنوان التالي: 

مكتب مؤسسة صلة للتنمية -مأرب – شارع الجامعة – الشارع الفرعي خلف بنك اليمن والكويت

The bid must be submitted in a copy (original paper copy) in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax on Sunday 27/04/2025 at 1:00 PM to the following address:

Selah Foundation Office - Marib - University Street - Side Street behind the Bank of Yemen and Kuwait

مكتوب عليه اسم المشروع ورقم المناقصة، واسم مقدم العطاء، وفي طيه الوثائق التالية:

1.    ضمان بنكي غير مشروط أو شيك مقبول الدفع بالمبلغ المحدد أعلاه وللمدة المذكورة من تأريخ فتح المظاريف وسيرفض أي عطاء غير مصحوب بضمان المناقصة.
2.    يقدم العطاء بالعملة المذكورة أعلاه، وسيتم استبعاد أي عطاء يتم تقديمه بعملة مغايرة.
3.    يجب ارفاق جميع وثائق المناقصة ومختومة على جميع المستندات.
4.    صورة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول/ شهادة ضريبة المبيعات.
5.    صورة من البطاقة التأمينية + البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول.
6.    صورة من السجل التجاري + شهادة مزاولة المهنة سارية المفعول.
7.    في حالة كانت الوثائق المطلوبة منتهية أو قيد التجديد لمقدم العطاء يجب ارفاق التزام بتجديد الوثائق المنتهية مالم فسوف يتم استبعاد العطاء في مرحلة الاستجابة الأولية من التحليل.
8.    سوف يتم استبعاد أي عطاء غير مستوفي للمتطلبات المذكورة أعلاه في مرحلة الاستجابة الأولية من التحليل الفني والمالي.

The project name, tender number, and bidder's name must be clearly marked on the envelope. 

The following documents must be enclosed:

1- An unconditional bank guarantee or a check payable in the amount specified above, due within the specified period from the bid opening date. Any bid not accompanied by a bid guarantee will be rejected.
2-The bid must be submitted in the currency specified above. Any bid submitted in a different currency will be disqualified.
3-All bid documents must be attached and stamped.
4. A copy of a valid tax card/sales tax certificate.
5. A copy of a valid insurance card and zakat card.
6. A copy of a valid commercial register and professional practice certificate.
7. If the required documents are expired or are being renewed, the bidder must attach a commitment to renew the expired documents, otherwise the bid will be excluded from the initial response analysis phase.
8. Any bid that does not meet the above requirements will be excluded from the initial response analysis phase.

Bids will be opened in a public session Selah Foundation Office - Marib - University Street - the side street behind the Bank of Yemen and Kuwait on Sunday 27/04/2025 at 1:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official letter signed and sealed.
