تعلن مؤسسة ينابيع الخير الخيرية  YKFعن رغبتها في إنزال مناقصة رقم " YKF-SCI-2025-050"، تحت اسم " مناقصة عامة لتوريد نخالة دقيق القمح (أعلاف الماشية)" في مديريتي القبيطة والمقاطرة – محافظة لحج.

على جميع مزودي الخدمة الذين يمتلكون الرغبة والخبرة والكفاءة في تنفيذ مشاريع توريد (أعلاف الماشية)، تنزيل وثيقة المناقصة من الرابط أدناه.

يشترط في المتقدم للمناقصة ما يلي:

أن يكون العطاء موضوعًا في مظروف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر، ويُكتب عليه اسم مزود الخدمة أو الشركة المتقدمة مع رقم المناقصة. علمًا بأنه لن يُنظر إلى أي وثائق مناقصة ما لم تكن موقعة ومختومة من قبل مزود الخدمة أو الشركة المتقدمة، ويجب إرفاق الوثائق التالية:

1.    السجل التجاري (ساري المفعول)
2.    رخصة مزاولة المهنة (سارية المفعول)
3.    البطاقة الضريبية (سارية المفعول)
4.    البطاقة الزكوية (سارية المفعول) (أن وجد)
5.    البطاقة التأمينية (سارية المفعول) (أن وجد)
6.    وثائق تثبت الخبرة السابقة في تنفيذ الأعمال المذكورة أعلاه.
7.    صورة من البطاقة الشخصية/ جواز السفر لمالك الشركة و2 من كبار الموظفين على الأقل.

علما أن آخر موعد لاستلام العطاءات هو الساعة 10:00 صباحا، الموافق 18 – ديسمبر – 2025م، في مقر المؤسسة الكائن في مدينة عدن – المنصورة - شارع التسعين - خلف القطيبي للصرافة - مقابل هاي كلاس للشقق المفروشة، وأي عطاء يقدم بعد الوقت المحدد لن يتم استلامه.

ملاحظة:

1-    يعتبر العطاء ملغي في حالة مخالفة أي من الشروط أعلاه.
2-    المؤسسة غير ملزمة بالإرساء على أقل العطاءات.

Yanabia Al-Khair Charity Foundation (YKF) Announces Tender No. “YKF-SCI-2025-050”
Under the title “Public Tender for the Supply of Wheat Flour Bran (Livestock Feed)” in the Directorates of Al-Qubaytah and Al-Muqatarah – Lahj Governorate.

All service providers with the desire, experience, and capability to execute livestock feed supply projects are invited to download the tender documents from the link below.

Requirements for Tender Applicants:

The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, stamped with red wax, clearly stating the name of the service provider or company and the tender number. Please note that no tender documents will be considered unless signed and stamped by the service provider or applying company. The following documents must be attached:

1.    Valid Commercial Registration
2.    Valid Professional License
3.    Valid Tax Card
4.    Valid Zakat Certificate (if available)
5.    Valid Insurance Certificate (if available)
6.    Documents proving previous experience in the execution of the above-mentioned works
7.    Copy of the ID card or passport of the company owner and at least 2 senior employees

Submission Deadline:

Bids must be received by 10:00 AM on 18 December 2025 at the YKF headquarters located in Aden – Al-Mansoura – 90th Street – behind Al-Qutaibi Exchange – opposite High Class Furnished Apartments. Any bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Notes:

1.    Bids will be considered void if any of the above conditions are violated.
2.    The Foundation is not obliged to award the contract to the lowest bid.
