Mercy Corps is seeking a supplier to Supply and delivery of agricultural tillers with ploughs (Al-Mashbar) to Al-Dhulai’ah Agricultural Cooperative Association in Al-Dhulai’ah District – Hadramout.

تسعى منظمة ميرسي كور إلى التعاقد مع مورد لتوريد وتوصيل حراثات زراعية مع المحاريث (المِشبر) إلى جمعية الضليعة التعاونية الزراعية بمديرية الضليعة – حضرموت.

If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete an Intent to Bid Form and submit it according to the guidelines below. 

إذا كنت مهتمًا بتقديم العرض، فستحتاج إلى إكمال نموذج إبداء النية للتقديم وإرساله وفقًا للتعليمات الموضحة أدناه.

1.    The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid Form along with the Supplier Information from the attached files below. 
2.    The supplier must attach the following documents:

• A copy of a valid commercial registration Card
• A copy of a valid tax card

1.    يمكن للموردين تنزيل نموذج إبداء النية لتقديم العطاءات مع معلومات المورد من الملفات المرفقة أدناه.
2.    يتم ارفاق الوثائق التالية :

• نسخة من السجل التجاري ساري الصلاحية 
• نسخة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول 

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by Tuesday March 10, 2026, before 4:00 pm to: 

Email completed Intent to Bid Form to ye-itb@mercycorps.org  with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line. 

يجب تقديم نماذج إبداء النية المكتملة لتقديم العطاءات بالإضافة إلى نماذج معلومات الموردين إلى Mercy Corps بحلول يوم  الثلاثاء 10 مارس 2026 قبل الساعة 4:00 عبر:

أرسل نموذج إبداء النية لتقديم العطاءات عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى: ye-itb@mercycorps.org  مع الرقم المرجعي للعطاء في موضوع البريد الإلكتروني.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.

بعد تاريخ إغلاق إشعار المناقصة هذا، سيتم إرسال طلب تقديم العطاء إلى الموردين الذين قدموا نماذج إبداء النية لتقديم العطاءات. سيتم إرسال طلب تقديم العطاء وفقًا للتفضيل الذي ذكرته في نموذج إبداء النية لتقديم العطاء.

Please note – you are NOT REQUIRED to submit your Price Offers at this stage.
