1-    عن مؤسسة افاق شبابية:

مؤسسة افاق شبابية هي مؤسسة محلية غير ربحية تعمل على تنمية وتمكين المجتمع منذ عام 2013م ومقرها الرئيسي في محافظة عدن.

2-     تفاصيل الاعلان: 

تدعو مؤسسة افاق شبابية الموردين والمقاولين المؤهلين (مكاتب/ شركات) الى تقديم عطاءاتهم لتوريد وتركيب أدوات طباعة وإنتاج إعلامي وتجهيزات مكتبية في محافظة عدن وفقا لتفاصيل المواد وكمياتها ومواصفاتها الموضحة في جدول الكميات (ملحق أ).

3-    التقديم: 

على الراغبين في التقديم لهذا الإعلان تقديم العرض الفني والمالي والوثائق القانونية حسب إرشادات الإعلان وبعد الاطلاع على وثائق المناقصة بعد تعبئة البيانات في الرابط ادناه وتسليم متطلبات هذا الإعلان قبل الرابعة عصرا يوم الخميس 19/06/2025 م  في ظرف مغلق معنون باسم الإعلان – اسم المورد / المقاول الى مقر مؤسسة افاق شبابية الكائن في محافظة عدن – مديرية خور مكسر – جولة فندق عدن – عمارة باهدى – شقة 36
-    تقديم عرض فني ومالي بحسب المتطلبات في القسم الرابع من وثائق المناقصة في البند رقم 8 .
-    يجب ان تقدم العطاءات في مظروف كبير ( A3 ) يحتوي 3 مظاريف ( الأوراق القانونية – العرض الفني – العرض المالي )  ويجب ان تكون مغلقة ومختومة  بالشمع الأحمر ومعنونة باسم المناقصة ورقمها (ASF-05-2025 ) واسم الشركة وختمها بختم الشركة / المكتب وتسليمها الى مقر مؤسسة افاق شبابية : عدن – خور مكسر – عمارة باهدى – الدور الخامس – شقة 36.
يجب على المتقدمين إرفاق التالي: 

• صورة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
• ارفاق صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
• إرفاق شهادة مزاولة المهنة سارية المفعول.
• ارفاق صورة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول.
• ارفاق وثائق من الخبرات والتعاملات السابقة في نفس المجال.
• لا يقبل اي عطاء ما لم يكن مستوفياً للوثائق اعلاه. 

تحتفظ مؤسسة افاق شبابية بحقها في بقبول او رفض جزء او كل العطاءات دون ابداء الأسباب.

1-     About Afaq Shababia Foundation

 Afaq Shababia Foundation is a local non-profit organization that has been working on community development and empowerment since 2013 and is headquartered in Aden Governorate.

2-     Announcement Details: 

Afaq Shababia Foundation invites qualified suppliers and contractors (offices / companies) to submit their bids for the supply and installation of printing tools, media production and office equipment in Aden Governorate according to the details of the materials, their quantities and specifications shown in the Bill of Quantities (Appendix A).

Prefixing:

Those wishing to apply for this announcement must submit the technical and financial offer and legal documents according to the instructions of the announcement and after reviewing the tender documents after filling in the data in the link below and submitting the requirements of this announcement before 4 pm on Thursday 19/06/2025 in a sealed envelope entitled in the name of the advertisement - the name of the supplier / contractor to the headquarters of Afaq Shababia Foundation located in Aden Governorate - Khormaksar District - Aden Hotel Tour - Bahadi Building - Apartment 36 Submit a technical and financial offer according to the requirements in Section 4 of the tender documents in item No. 8. Bids must be submitted in a large envelope (A3) containing 3 envelopes (legal papers - technical offer - financial offer) and must be sealed and sealed with red wax and entitled with the name of the tender and its number (ASF-05-2025) and the name of the company and stamped with the seal of the company / office and delivered to the headquarters of the Afaq Shababia Foundation: Aden - Khormaksar - Bahda Building - Fifth Floor - Apartment 36. 

Applicants must attach the following:

• A copy of a valid tax card. 
• A copy of a valid commercial registration.
• A valid certificate of practicing the profession.
• A copy of a valid Zakat card. 
• Documents from previous experiences and dealings in the same field. 
• No bid is accepted unless it meets the above documents.

 Afaq Shababia Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bids without giving reasons.
