Solidarités International (SI) is an international non-governmental, non-political, non-religious, and non-profit organization. SI is committed to providing universal access to safe drinking water, sanitation, and food security for populations affected by armed conflict, epidemics, and natural disasters. The organization has been operational in Yemen since 2017.

1.    Scope of work

Solidarités International hereby invites eligible suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of vocational kits in support of livelihoods in Taiz Governorate, specifically in the districts of Al-Ma'afir and Jabal Habashy. The objective of this initiative is to equip beneficiary communities with high-quality tools and materials.

The RFQ is structured into four (4) main lots as detailed in the table below:

2.  ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR BIDDERS  (Pass / Fail)

To qualify for participation, all prospective bidders must satisfy the following mandatory requirements. Failure to meet any criterion will result in automatic disqualification:

Bidders must present valid documentation, including — but not limited to — a current work permit, a valid tax card, and an up-to-date commercial registration certificate.

All required forms must be fully completed, signed, and stamped with the company's official seal.

3. OBTAINING AND SUBMITTING RFQ DOCUMENTS

All RFQ documents may be downloaded via the Download button in the Documents section below. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the platform regularly for any addenda or clarifications issued prior to the submission deadline.

Offers submitted by email will not be accepted and shall be automatically disqualified.

All bids must be submitted exclusively via sealed envelope delivered in person to the SI office address stated below.

5.  GENERAL CONDITIONS

• SI reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, or to cancel the procurement process at any stage prior to contract signature, without incurring any liability.
• All unit prices quoted must be inclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, and delivery charges to the designated district locations.
• Upon contract signature, the selected supplier shall be responsible for assembling, packaging, and delivering the individual kits to the specified beneficiary locations.
• Offers submitted by email or any electronic channel will be rejected outright. Bids must be submitted exclusively via sealed envelope as described in Section 3.

منظمة تضامن الدولية (SI) منظمة دولية غير حكومية، غير سياسية، غير دينية، وغير ربحية. تلتزم المنظمة بتوفير الوصول الشامل إلى مياه الشرب الآمنة والصرف الصحي والأمن الغذائي للسكان المتضررين من النزاعات المسلحة والأوبئة والكوارث الطبيعية. تعمل المنظمة في اليمن منذ عام 2017.

2.  نطاق العمل

تدعو منظمة تضامن الدولية الموردين المؤهلين لتقديم عطاءات مختومة لتوريد وتسليم حقائب مهنية متنوعة، بهدف دعم سبل العيش في محافظة تعز، وتحديداً في مديريتي المعافر وجبل حبشي. يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تزويد المجتمعات المستفيدة بأدوات ومواد عالية الجودة.

تنقسم عروض الاسعار إلى أربع (4) حصص رئيسية مفصَّلة في الجدول أدناه:

2.  معايير الأهلية للمتناقصين  (قبول / رفض)

لكي يكون مقدِّم العطاء مؤهلاً للمشاركة، يجب استيفاء المتطلبات الإلزامية التالية كاملةً. سيُستبعد تلقائياً أي مقدِّم عطاء يخفق في تلبية أي من هذه المعايير:

• يجب على المتناقصين تقديم وثائق سارية المفعول تشمل — على سبيل المثال لا الحصر — تصريح العمل الساري، والبطاقة الضريبية، والسجل التجاري المجدَّد.
• يجب تعبئة جميع النماذج المطلوبة بالكامل وتوقيعها وختمها بالختم الرسمي للشركة.

للاستفسار عن مواقع التسليم أو أي استيضاحات تتعلق بالمشتريات، يُرجى التواصل مع قسم المشتريات خلال ساعات العمل الرسمية:

5.  الشروط العامة

• تحتفظ المنظمة بالحق في قبول أي عرض أو رفضه، أو إلغاء إجراءات الشراء في أي مرحلة قبل توقيع العقد، دون تحمّل أي مسؤولية قانونية.
• يجب أن تشمل جميع أسعار الوحدات المقدَّمة الضرائب المعمول بها، والرسوم الجمركية، وتكاليف التوصيل إلى المديريات المحددة.
• عند توقيع العقد، يكون المورد المختار مسؤولاً عن تجميع الحقائب الفردية وتغليفها وتسليمها إلى مواقع المستفيدين المحددة.
• سيُرفض أي عرض مقدَّم عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو أي قناة إلكترونية أخرى. يجب تقديم العطاءات حصراً في مظروف مختوم وفق ما هو موضح في البند الثالث
