موضوع المناقصة

تقوم مؤسسة تنمية القيادات الشابة "YLDF" التي تنفذ مشروع " تمكين الشابات والفتيات اليمنيات من خلال الوصول إلى الاقتصاد الرقمي بالشراكة مع منظمة طفل الحرب، بدعوة الموردين المؤهلين

(توريد وتسليم حقائب تقنية (أجهزة لابتوب، هواتف ذكية، وشرائح اتصال) لـ 100 مستفيدة في الحاضنة الرقمية بمدينة المكلا) 

شروط التوريد والتخزين والدفع

1.    التوريد والتخزين:

يلتزم المورد بتوريد وتجهيز كامل الكمية المطلوبة عند توقيع العقد، والاحتفاظ بها في مخازنه الخاصة بمدينة المكلا لمدة العقد، وفي ظروف تخزين آمنة وملائمة لطبيعة الأجهزة والمعدات، بما يضمن سلامتها وحمايتها من السرقة أو التلف أو الكسر أو الضياع.

2.    التوريد والتسليم حسب الاحتياج:

سيتم توريد وتسليم الكميات للمؤسسة على دفعات وفقًا للاحتياج الفعلي للمشروع، وذلك بناءً على خطابات طلب رسمية تصدر من إدارة مؤسسة تنمية القيادات الشابة (YLDF).

3.    المدة الزمنية:

يلتزم المورد بالاحتفاظ بالكميات في مخازنه وتوريدها عند الطلب، على أن يتم سحب وتوريد الدفعة الأخيرة من الكمية بحد أقصى خلال ستة (6) أشهر من تاريخ وصول كامل الكمية إلى مخازن المورد.

4.    شروط الدفع:

يتم التعاقد مع المورد على إجمالي الكمية المطلوبة بالكامل، ويلتزم المورد بتوفيرها والاحتفاظ بها وفقًا للشروط أعلاه. ويتم الدفع للمورد حسب الكميات التي يتم سحبها وتسليمها فعليًا للمؤسسة، وليس على كامل الكمية المتعاقد عليها، وذلك بعد استلام كل دفعة وفحصها والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة، وبناءً على الفاتورة المقدمة من المورد.

يُشترط على مقدمي العطاءات تقديم عروضهم بنسخة ورقية ونسخة إلكترونية.

ملاحظة: يُفضّل من مقدمي العطاءات المهتمين بالمشاركة في المناقصة إرسال خطاب إبداء اهتمام بالمشاركة إلى مؤسسة تنمية القيادات الشابة (YLDF).

شروط المتقدم للمناقصة

الشروط

1. يشترط أن يكون المتقدمون من جنوب اليمن فقط 
2.  يتم توفير نسخة من السجل التجاري سارية المفعول 
3. يتم توفير نسخة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول
4. يتم توفير نسخة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول
5.  يتم توفير إثبات خبرة عمل مماثلة في العامين الماضيين
6.  يتم توفير نسخة من مزاولة النشاط

Program:   Empowering Yemeni Young Women and Adolescent Girls Through Access to the Digital Economy

Subject of Tender:              

Youth Leadership Development Foundation “YLDF” implementing the project “ Empowering Yemeni Young Women and Adolescent Girls Through Access to the Digital Economy” in partnership with War Child is inviting qualified Service Provider

("Supply and Delivery of IT Kits (Laptops, Smartphones, and SIM Cards) for 100 Female Beneficiaries at the Tech Hub in Mukalla")

Supply, Storage, Delivery, and Payment Terms

1) Supply and Storage:

The supplier shall supply and prepare the full required quantity upon signing the contract and store the entire quantity in the supplier’s own warehouse in Mukalla for the duration of the contract, under safe and appropriate storage conditions suitable for the nature of the equipment and devices, ensuring their protection from theft, damage, breakage, or loss.

2) Delivery Based on Actual Needs:

The quantities shall be delivered to the Organization in installments according to the project’s actual needs, based on official written request letters issued by the management of the Youth Leadership Development Foundation (YLDF).

3) Delivery Period:

The supplier shall retain the quantities in its warehouse and deliver them upon request. The final installment shall be withdrawn and delivered no later than six (6) months from the date the full quantity is received at the supplier’s warehouse.

4) Payment Terms:

The contract shall be awarded based on the full required quantity. However, payment shall be made to the supplier based on the quantities actually withdrawn and delivered to the Organization, and not for the full contracted quantity upfront. Payment for each installment shall be made after its delivery, inspection, and confirmation of compliance with the approved technical specifications, against the supplier’s submitted invoice.
