دعوه لمناقصة

Humanitarian Development Program (HDP) is looking for qualified Vendors to submit their quotations for the tender mentioned blow:

 برنامج التنمية الإنسانية  يبحث عن موردين مؤهلين لتقديم عروضهم للمناقصة المذكورة ادناه:

The tender will be conducted using HDP standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers The Bidding Documents are available in the link shown in the above table. 

سوف تجري المناقصة باستخدام وثائق برنامج التنمية الإنسانية وفق معايير العطاء ويمكن لجميع الموردين المؤهلين الحصول على وثيقة المناقصة عن طريق الرابط الموضح في الجدول اعلاه.  

Please read the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS for qualifications and requirements. 

يرجى الاطلاع على تعليمات مقدمين العطاءات الموجودة في وثائق المناقصة للحصول على المؤهلات والمتطلبات ، 

All bids must be submitted in a sealed to HDP ( Humanitarian Development Program Office – Al-Saeed Foundation for Science and Culture building – Haud Al-Ashraf    . – Taiz  City . not later than Sunday  , Aug. 10. 2025 at 11:00 A.M.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address indicated above, marked with the name of the Entity, tender reference number, type of tender, and the name of the supplier together with;

1.    A bank guarantee, or certified cheque, that is non-cancellable and must be valid for 120 days from the date of the opening of envelopes with amount of 1500 $ .
2.    A copy of valid Commercial Registry.
3.    A copy of valid tax card .
4.    A copy Of Zakat Card 
5.    Subscription card for the State Insurance Corporation
6.    A Copy of valid practicing license
7.    All other terms and requirements as stated in the bidding document

أخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات هو يوم الاحد الموافق 10 اغسطس 2025 م في تمام الساعة 11:00  صباحاً في مظروف مختوم إلى مكتب برنامج التنمية الإنسانية – مبنى مؤسسة السعيد للعلوم و الثقافة   – منطقة حوض الاشراف – تعز المدينة  .  

يجب تقديم العطاءات في مظروف مختوم إلى العنوان المشار إليه أعلاه، مع ذكر اسم الجهة، رقم مرجع المناقصة، نوع المناقصة، واسم المورد، بالإضافة إلى:-

1.    ضمانة بنكية ابتدائية غير قابلة للألغاء وغير مشروطة  أو شيك مقبول الدفع ساري المفعول لمدة 120 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف. وبمبلغ 1500 $ . 
2.     نسخة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
3.    نسخة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول .
4.    نسخة من البطاقة الزكوية .
5.    بطاقة اشتراك في المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات .
6.    نسخة من رخصة ممارسة المهنة ساريه المفعول.
7.    جميع الشروط والمتطلبات الأخرى الواردة في وثيقة المناقصة .
