1- Advertisement Details:

Afaq Shababia Foundation announces a request for quotations to Specialized Service Providers (offices/companies) to design websites. The quotation must include the details specified in the terms of reference attached to this advertisement.

2- Submission:

Those wishing to apply for this advertisement must submit the technical and financial offer and legal documents in accordance with the advertisement guidelines, and after reviewing the attached terms of reference for service provision. The requirements for this advertisement must be submitted before 4:00 PM on Thursday, Jun 19, 2025, in a sealed envelope addressed to the advertisement and service provider's name. The envelope should be addressed to the headquarters of the Afaq Shababia Foundation located in Aden Governorate, Khormaksar District, Aden Hotel Roundabout, Bahdi Building, Apartment 36.
Or send it to procurment@asfyemen.org, including the advertisement title and the service provider's name in the email subject line.

• - Submit a separate technical and financial proposal for each request the service provider wishes to submit from the requests listed below.
• - The service provider may apply for one or more services separately.
• - The Foundation has the right to select more than one service provider.

1-    تفاصيل الاعلان: 
تعلن مؤسسة افاق شبابية لمزودي الخدمات المتخصصين (مكاتب/ شركات) عن طلب عروض الأسعار لإنشاء وتصميم المواقع الالكترونية وتطوير الهوية الاعلامية على أن يشمل عرض السعر المقدم التفاصيل الموضحة في الشروط المرجعية المرفقة بوثائق هذا الاعلان.

2-    التقديم: 
على الراغبين في التقديم لهذا الإعلان تقديم العرض الفني والمالي والوثائق القانونية حسب إرشادات الإعلان وبعد الاطلاع على الشروط المرجعية المرفقة لتقديم الخدمة وتسليم متطلبات هذا الإعلان قبل الرابعة عصرا يوم الخميس 19/06/2025 م  في ظرف مغلق معنون باسم الإعلان – اسم مزود الخدمة الى مقر مؤسسة افاق شبابية الكائن في محافظة عدن – مديرية خور مكسر – جولة فندق عدن – عمارة باهدى – شقة 36

• -    يمكن لمزود الخدمة التقديم على خدمة واحدة او أكثر بشكل منفصل.
• -    يحق للمؤسسة اختيار أكثر من مزود خدمة.
