Job Description / Terms of Reference

Role Summary

The Tech Team Leader is responsible for driving Mosnad’s technology strategy and hands-on development. You will independently initiate and execute the development of our core product, lead the digitization of company systems, and implement ready-made technology solutions where required—until a full engineering team is formed and onboarded.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Product Development: Start and lead the technical development of Mosnad’s platform as a solo engineer until initial releases and/or the formation of the tech team.
• Digital Transformation Lead: Oversee the digitization of all internal operations and workflows. Where internal features or tools are not yet built, identify, implement, and maintain ready-purchased (off-the-shelf) digital solutions to meet immediate business needs.
• Team Formation & Leadership: Recruit, onboard, mentor and grow the technical team, establishing collaborative culture, knowledge sharing and best practices. 
• Project Ownership: Manage timelines, prioritize technical tasks, communicate project progress to stakeholders, and adapt plans as needed.
• Support Talents Vetting: Support talent acquisition team in recruiting for Mosnad Clients.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in software development with a proven track record of hands-on product/platform launches.
• Demonstrated experience in solo or founding engineer roles in early-stage/startup environments.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and clear communication skills.
• Agile/DevOps expertise.
• Good English communication level.
• Experience in HR tech, talent marketplaces, SaaS, or similar is a plus.

الوصف الوظيفي / المهام الرئيسية

ملخص الدور

قائد الفريق التقني مسؤول عن قيادة إستراتيجية التكنولوجيا لشركة مسند والتطوير العملي للمنتج. ستبدأ بشكل مستقل في تطوير منتج الشركة الأساسي، وتقود رقمنة أنظمة الشركة، وتنفذ الحلول التكنولوجية الجاهزة حيثما دعت الحاجة — حتى يتم تشكيل فريق هندسي كامل ووضعه في العمل.

المسؤوليات

• تطوير المنتج بشكل عملي: البدء بقيادة تطوير منصة مسند تقنياً كمهندس منفرد حتى الإطلاقات الأولى أو حتى تشكيل الفريق التقني.
• قيادة التحول الرقمي: الإشراف على رقمنة جميع العمليات والإجراءات الداخلية. في حال عدم توفر أي ميزة أو أداة داخلية مطورة بعد، تحديد وتنفيذ وصيانة الحلول الرقمية الجاهزة (البرمجيات الجاهزة) لتلبية الاحتياجات العاجلة للأعمال.
• تشكيل الفريق والقيادة: استقطاب وتأهيل وإرشاد الفريق التقني وتنميته، وترسيخ ثقافة التعاون وتبادل المعرفة وأفضل الممارسات.
• إدارة المشاريع: إدارة الجداول الزمنية، وتحديد أولويات المهام الفنية، والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة حول تقدم المشاريع، وتعديل الخطط حسب الحاجة.
• دعم تقييم المواهب: دعم فريق اكتساب المواهب في عمليات التوظيف لعملاء مسند.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو الهندسة أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات مع سجل موثق في إطلاق منتجات أو منصات تقنية بشكل عملي.
• خبرة مثبتة في أدوار المهندس المنفرد أو المؤسس التقني في بيئة الشركات الناشئة.
• مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، إدارة المشاريع، والتواصل الواضح.
• إلمام بأساليب التطوير (Agile) و DevOps.
• مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية للتواصل.
• خبرة في تكنولوجيا الموارد البشرية، أو أسواق المواهب، أو منصات SaaS أو ما شابه ميزة إضافية.
