نحن مؤسسة خيرية تعمل وفق نموذج مؤسسي متكامل نبحث عن مسؤول التحول الرقمي وتقنية المعلومات

في الإدارة العامة.

تمر المؤسسة بمرحلة تحول استراتيجي تهدف إلى رفع كفاءة العمل، تعزيز الشفافية، وتوحيد الأنظمة والبيانات لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
نسعى لاستقطاب مسؤول تحوّل رقمي يمتلك رؤية استراتيجية وخبرة تأسيسية، لقيادة ملف التحول الرقمي وتقنية المعلومات على مستوى المؤسسة الإدارة العامة والمؤسسات التابعة.

الهدف من الوظيفة

قيادة وتأسيس البنية الرقمية للمؤسسة (الإدارة العامة)، وتوحيد الأنظمة والمنصات الرقمية عبر المؤسسات التابعة، بما يضمن:

• كفاءة التشغيل
• أمن المعلومات
• تكامل البيانات
• دعم اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي

المسؤوليات الرئيسية: -

أولاً) القيادة والاستراتيجية

• وضع استراتيجية التحول الرقمي وتقنية المعلومات بما يتوافق مع رؤية المؤسسة ونموذجها القابض.
• العمل مع الإدارة العليا لتحديد الأولويات الرقمية ومراحل التنفيذ.
• قيادة إدارة التغيير ورفع جاهزية الفرق للتحول الرقمي.

ثانيًا) التأسيس والبنية التحتية: -

• تصميم وبناء البنية التحتية التقنية للإدارة العامة (شبكات، خوادم، حلول سحابية).
• تحديد المعمارية التقنية الموحدة للمؤسسة والمؤسسات التابعة.

ثالثًا) الأنظمة والمنصات: -

• قيادة اختيار وتنفيذ الأنظمة المؤسسية (ERP، (CRM، أنظمة إدارة المشاريع.
• الإشراف على تطوير منصة رقمية موحدة لإدارة البيانات، التقارير، وقياس الأداء.
• ضمان تكامل الأنظمة بين المؤسسات التابعة وتدفق البيانات بشكل آمن وفعال.

رابعًا) أمن المعلومات: -

• وضع وتنفيذ سياسات أمن المعلومات وحوكمة البيانات.
• إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وضمان الامتثال لأفضل الممارسات.
• إعداد خطط استمرارية الأعمال والتعافي من الكوارث.

خامسًا) الإدارة والتنسيق: -

• إدارة ميزانية تقنية المعلومات والمشاريع الرقمية.
• التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والموردين الخارجيين.
• تقديم المشورة التقنية للإدارة العليا.

من هو الشخص غير المناسب لهذه الوظيفة؟

هذه الوظيفة غير مناسبة للمرشحين الذين:

• تتركز خبرتهم في الدعم الفني، تشغيل الأنظمة، أو إدارة الشبكات فقط دون خبرة قيادية أو استراتيجية.
• لم يسبق لهم العمل في بيئات متعددة الكيانات أو الإشراف على أكثر من جهة/إدارة في نفس الوقت.
• لا يمتلكون خبرة عملية في قيادة أو المشاركة الفعلية في مشاريع تحول رقمي أو توحيد أنظمة مؤسسية.
• من يفضّل العمل الفردي ولا يمتلك خبرة في التنسيق مع جهات متعددة وقيادات عليا.
• من لا يمتلك خبرة في بناء الأنظمة من الصفر أو العمل في بيئات غير مستقرة تقنيًا. Bottom of Form 

    المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة جامعية في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب، أو أي مجال ذي صلة..
• خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تقنية المعلومات، منها4 سنوات خبرة قيادية واضحة.
• خبرة في قيادة مشاريع تحول رقمي أو توحيد أنظمة.
• فهم عميق لأمن المعلومات والحوكمة التقنية.
• خبرة العمل مع ERP / CRM / الأنظمة المؤسسية.
• يفضّل من لديه خبرة في منظمات غير ربحية أو مؤسسات متعددة الكيانات.

Job Title: Digital Transformation and IT Responsible

Introduction:

We are a charitable foundation striving to achieve a strategic transformation in operations, enhance transparency, and unify systems and data to support decision-making. We are looking for a digital transformation Responsible with a strategic vision and foundational experience to lead the digital transformation and IT initiatives at the general administration level and its affiliated institutions.

Job Objective:

Lead and establish the digital infrastructure for the foundation, focusing on:

• Operational Efficiency
• Information Security
• Data Integration
• Supporting Strategic Decision-Making

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategy

• Develop a digital transformation and IT strategy in line with the foundation's vision.
• Work with senior management to identify digital priorities.
• Lead change management and enhance team readiness for digital transformation.

2. Infrastructure and Foundation

• Design and build the technical infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud solutions) of the general administration.
• Define the unified technical architecture for the foundation and its affiliates.

3. Systems and Platforms

• Lead the selection and implementation of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, project management systems).
• Oversee the development of a unified digital platform for data management and reporting.
• Ensure the integration of systems across affiliated institutions.

4. Information Security

• Develop and implement information security policies and data governance.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Prepare business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

5. Management and Coordination

• Manage the IT budget and digital projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide technical advice to senior management.

Who is Unsuitable for This Position?

This position is not suitable for candidates who:

• Focus primarily on technical support, systems operation, or network management without leadership or strategic experience.
• Have not worked in multi-entity environments or supervised more than one department simultaneously.
• Lack practical experience in leading or actively participating in digital transformation projects or unifying enterprise systems.
• Prefer individual work and lack experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Do not have experience building systems from scratch or working in technically unstable environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT, with 4 years of clear leadership experience.
• Experience in leading digital transformation projects or system unification.
• Deep understanding of information security and technical governance.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and enterprise systems.
• Preference given to those with experience in non-profit organizations or multi-entity institutions.
