Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Section Head (Finished Goods & Raw Materials) to oversee all warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of both raw materials and finished products. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal inventory control, efficient warehouse layout, and compliance with safety and quality standards to support seamless production and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily warehouse operations for finished goods and raw materials.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, and documentation. Supervise inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure material traceability.
• Implement and enforce warehouse policies, safety regulations, and good housekeeping practices. Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and efficient stock movement.
• Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure productivity targets are achieved. Generate regular warehouse reports, including stock levels, variances, and performance metrics. Support audits and inspections by ensuring documentation accuracy and warehouse compliance.

Requirements

• Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the edible oil or FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and ERP software. Proven leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with safety, hygiene, and quality standards in food manufacturing.
