الموضوع: مناقصة رقم (05) والخاصة بتأهيل مشروعي مياة بني بصعان وبني السعدات في مديرية المغربة - محافظة حجة.

تدعو منظمة كير العالمية – اليمن، الشركات المؤهلة والموردين إلى تقديم عطاءاتهم بخصوص تأهيل شبكتي مياة بني بصعان وبني السعدات في مديرية المغربة – محافظة حجة.

يمكن للموردين والشركات المؤهلة المهتمين ذوي الخبرة والكيان القانوني الحصول على المظاريف ذات الصلة أثناء ساعات دوام المنظمة (من الساعة 10:00: صباحاً وحتى الساعة 03:00 عصراً) من الأحد إلى الخميس، مقابل رسم لا يرد مقداره 10000 ريال يمني للمناقصة.

• يجب أن تسلم العطاءات موقعة ومختومة في مظروف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر ويجب أن ترفق العطاءات بما يلي:
• ضمان بنكي غير مشروط مقطوع أو شيك مقبول الدفع بمبلغ 4,000 دولار صالح لمدة 120 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف (١٧ أبريل ٢٠٢٤) الى (١٣ اغسطس ٢٠٢٤).    
• صورة من البطاقة الضريبية والزكوية سارية المفعول.
• صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول.
• يجب أن يكون عرض السعر ساري المفعول لمدة سته اشهر.
• يجب أن يكون للمتقدم خبرة وعمل مع منظمات او جهات أخرى في نفس المجال.
• يجب  ان يكون العطاء موقع أو مختوم  مالم سيتم إستبعاد العطاء من المنافسة.
• العطاء يقدم بالدولار والدفع سيكون بالدولار.
• يعتبر العطاء ملغي في حالة مخالفة أي من الشروط أعلاه.
• آخر يوم لبيع المظاريف يوم االأحد الموافق ٣١ مارس ٢٠٢٤م
• أخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات يوم الاثنين الموافق ١٥ ابريل ٢٠٢٤م في موعد أقصاه الساعة 2  ظهراً إلى مكتب المنظمة في صنعاء كما هو موضح أعلاه وأي عطاء يقدم بعد هذا التاريخ سوف يعاد بدون أن يفتح.
• سيتم فتح المظاريف يوم الثلاثاء الموافق ١٦ ابريل ٢٠٢٤م الساعة الحادي عشر صباحاً 11:00   بحضور الشركات او من يمثلهم في مقر المنظمة في صنعاء.
• تحتفظ منظمة كير العالمية بحقها بقبول أو رفض جزء أو كل العطاءات دون إبداء الأسباب.
• علما أن المنظمة غير ملزمة بالترسية على أقل العطاءات.

Title: (Tender 05) Rehabilitation of Bani Bassan & Bani Alsa’adat Water projects – Almaghrabah District, Hajjah Government.

Care International in Yemen, invites applications from the reputed companies and Suppliers for Rehabilitation of Bani Bassan & Bani Alsa’adat Water projects – Almaghrabah District, Hajjah Government.

Interested suppliers with experience and legal entity can obtain relevant envelopes, during organization work hours (from 10:00 am to 03:00 pm) from Sunday to Thursday upon a nonrefundable cost of YER 10,000.

• Bids must be submitted by hand in sealed envelopes, bids must be attached with the following:
• Unconditional bank guarantee or payable check $4,000 valid for 120 days from the day of envelops opening (16 – 04 – 2024) till (13 – 08 – 2024). 
• Valid income tax card and zakat card.
• Valid Registration card.
• The validity of the quotes must be for Six Months. 
• Work Experience in the same field with international NGOs or others.
• The tender quote must be signed or stamped otherwise the quote will be excluded from the competition.
• Bids should be in dollar and payment will be in dollar 
• Any bid doesn’t meet the requirement above will consider cancelled.
• The last day to sell envelops will be on sunday  31/03/2024.
• Deadline for submitting Bid Quotation is on Monday 15/04/2024 not later than 2 Pm to CARE main office in Sana'a as address described above, and any bid received after the deadline and time will be returned unopened.
• The envelopes will be opened on Tuesday 16/04/2024, at 11:00 am with attendance of Companies or their represetatives at CARE main office in Sana’a. 

CARE International in Yemen reserves the right to reject any or all bids without mentioning any reason.
