منظمة الإعانة الإسلامية الفرنسية، أنشئت في عام 1991، هي منظمة دولية ومن المنظمات غير الحكومية الإنسانية.  تساعد المجتمعات المحرومة في أكثر من 30 بلدا. تعمل فرقنا الميدانية في 3 مجالات محددة:    

• الإنقاذ - الاستجابة للاحتياجات الأساسية لأكثر الناس ضعفاً
• تعزيز - إعطاء السكان الأدوات لتكون مستقلة
• تعبئة - المشاركة في حملات التوعية والدعوة

تعمل منظمة الإعانة الإسلامية الفرنسية في اليمن منذ عام 2019 ولديها العديد من البرامج.

حالياً نتطلع للتعاقد مع مقاولين لإعادة التأهيل مدارس بما في ذلك مرافق المياه والصرف الصحي (دورة المياه) في محافظة لحج لتنفيذ المشاريع التالية:

-    مجموعة أولى: إعادة التأهيل بما في ذلك مرافق المياه والصرف الصحي في ثلاث مدارس في مديرية تبن بمحافظة لحج
-    مجموعة ثانية: إعادة تأهيل بما في ذلك مرافق المياه والصرف الصحي في ثلاث مدارس بمديرية ردفان بمحافظة لحج

تستند معايير التقييم إلى ما يلي:

- ملف المورد.
- العرض الفني والبيانات.
- السعر المقدم.

تحتفظ منظمة الإعانة الإسلامية الفرنسية (SIF) بحق القبول أو الرفض أو التفاوض على أي من العروض علماً أن عروض الأسعار جميعها تحت تصرفها حصراً و لها الحق بمتابعة أية استجابات تعتبرها مميزة أو اتخاذ إجراءات إضافية تجاهها و لها الحق في قبول العرض كاملاً أو جزء منه.

Call for Tender 

Established in 1991, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is an International Relief and Humanitarian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). Secours Islamique France helps deprived and disadvantaged communities in more than 30 countries.

Our field-based teams work in 3 specific fields:

• Rescue – Respond to the basic needs of the most vulnerable people
• Reinforce – Give populations the tools to be autonomous
• Mobilize – Participate in sensitisation and advocacy campaigns

SIF has been working in Yemen since 2019 on many program types.

Presently, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is seeking qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of schools, including WASH facilities, in Lahj Governorate to implement the following project:

-    LOT 1: Rehabilitation of three school buildings and WASH facilities, in Tuban District, Lahj Governorate.
-    LOT 2: Rehabilitation of three school buildings and WASH facilities, in Radfan District, Lahj Governorate.

The Evaluation criteria will be based on:

-    Supplier Profile.
-    Technical Offer and Data Sheets.
-    Price.

SIF reserves the right to negotiate, accept or reject any/or all offers and quotations at its sole discretion and to pursue or act further on any responses which SIF considers advantageous. SIF has the right to accept the full offer and/or part of it. All proposals will be irrevocable after the Call for Tenders closing date.
