Oxfam are conducting a tender process within YEMEN and invites your submission of a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for:

as per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier.

The tender dossier can be obtained by interested parties from the Oxfam office in Al Turbah without any payment and should be returned to the Oxfam office in Al Turbah to and from the following address:

Between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Taiz time) Sunday to Thursday.

The deadline for the collection of the Tender Dossier is 16-11-2025 at 4:00 PM Taiz time)

The deadline for submission of tenders is 01 -12-2025 at 4:00 PM (Taiz time) upon conditions in the tender dossier. 

All bidders are required to submit a bank guarantee equivalent to 3% of the total bid value, valid for a minimum period of 90 calendar days from the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit the required bid bond will result in automatic disqualification of the bid. Disqualified bids will not be considered for technical or financial evaluation.

Oxfam does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.

تجري منظمة أوكسفام عملية مناقصة داخل اليمن وتدعو إلى تقديم اقتراح لتزويد منظمة أوكسفام ، ضمن متطلباتها ، بما يلي:

حسب الشروط المفصلة في ملف العطاء.

سيتم تسليم ملف المناقصة مباشرة من مكتب منظمة أوكسفام في مدينة التربة دون اي دفع ويجب إعادته إلى مكتب منظمة أوكسفام في مدينة التربة من وإلى العنوان النالي:

بين الساعة 9 صباحاً - 4 مساءً (بتوقيت تعز) من الأحد إلى الخميس

آخر موعد لإرسال ملف المناقصة من مكتب أوكسفام في التربة هو تاريخ 16-11-2025 الساعة 4 مساءً (بتوقيت تعز).

آخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات إلى مكتب أوكسفام في التربة هو تاريخ 01-12-2025 الساعة 4 مساءً (بتوقيت تعز) حسب الشروط الواردة في ملف العطاء.

يُطلب من جميع المتقدمين تقديم خطاب ضمان بنكي بنسبة ‏‎ 3٪ ‎من القيمة الإجمالية للعطاء، على أن يكون ‏ساري المفعول لمدة لا تقل عن ‏‎ 90  ‎يومًا تقويميًا من تاريخ تقديم العطاء‎. عدم تقديم ضمان العطاء المطلوب سيؤدي إلى استبعاد العطاء تلقائيًا، ولن يتم النظر فيه خلال مراحل التقييم الفني والمالي‎.‎

لا تلزم منظمة أوكسفام نفسها بترسية العطاء على أقل عرض وتحتفظ بالحق في قبول العطاء بالكامل أو جزء منه.
