Invitation:

International Medical Corps, global, humanitarian, non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and relief, and development programs (https://internationalmedicalcorps.org), is pleased to invite reputable companies to participate in tendering for the above-mentioned services.

Tender instructions: 

A.    Tender documents are attached to this advertisement. In case you face an issue downloading tender documents, send an email to YemenProcurement@InternationalMedicalCorps.org or come to IMC Procurement Office – Aden.

B.    Please note this tender has two subjects and will be treated separately (stationaries) & (Printing Materials and Visibility Items).

C.    The bidders must specialize in the type of tender - please read the mandatory criteria form.

D.    As mentioned above both RFQs packages are attached to this Tender advertisement.

E.    Completed documents must be submitted no later than 04:00 PM (Yemen Time) on 23 Dec 2025 through the following ways:

2.    By hand delivery in sealed envelopes marked (“  RFQ10122482 - Stationery BPA  For 1 year with possibility of extension to 1 more year  OR RFQ 10122968 Printing Materials and Visibility Items BPA  ( For 1 year with possibility of extension to 1 more year ) - Aden Office  ”).to a tender box located at International Medical Corps- Sana’a office of Address;  International Medical Corps Home# Al Madeena Al Bayda'a St. Villa# 479 / khormakser district – Aden governorate

3.    Important note: each offer must be submitted separately in deferent envelope or email. For example: in case you are participating in both types ( stationaries and printing ), you must submit the stationaries offer in envelope or email that is different from the file of the Printing offer.

4.    The bank guarantee is 2000 USD for each offer (stationaries and printing) The conditions are detailed in the mandatory criteria document.

F.    Other points

• International Medical Corps - Yemen reserves the right to accept or reject any incomplete bid document.
• Bids received after submission deadline above, will not be accepted.
• All participants it is preferred to provide proof of work relevancy (i.e., experience with similar type of work - Contracts, certificates, etc.). 
• IMC is not bound to accept lowest bidder nor give reasons for rejection or acceptance.
• Bids will be opened in a public session on (For stationaries  24 Dec 2025 by 11:00 AM (Yemen Time) and (For Printing materials and visibility items  24 Dec 2025 by 12:00 AM (Yemen Time) in Our office in Aden. The vendors’ representatives who will attend should provide an authorization letter from the vendor/ company along with his/ her ID.

Bid submitted in any other manner than listed in tender documents will be rejected.

تعليمات المشاركة في المناقصة:

أ‌.    وئائق المناقصة مرفقة بهذا الاعلان. في حال صعوبة تحميل الوثائق، يرجى التواصل بنا عن طريق (YemenProcurement@InternationalMedicalCorps.org) أو الحضور الى قسم المشتريات في مكتب المنظمة – عدن.
ب. يرجى ملاحظة أن هذا العطاء يحتوي على موضوعين وسيتم التعامل معهما بشكل منفصل: (القرطاسية) و (مواد الطباعة وعناصر المرئية)
ج. يجب أن يكون المتقدمون متخصصين في نوع العطاء — يرجى قراءة نموذج معايير الأهلية الإلزامية.
د. كما ذُكر أعلاه، كلا حزمتَي طلبات عرض الأسعار (RFQs) مرفقتان مع إعلان هذا العطاء.
ب‌.    يجب تقديم المستندات المكتملة في موعد أقصاه  أقصاه الساعة 04:00 عصرا توقيت اليمن في 23 ديسمبر 2025م  من خلال الطرق التالية:

2.    التسليم باليد في مظروف مختوم يحمل العنوان:
(“ RFQ10122482 - Stationery BPA  For 1 year with possibility of extension to 1 more year  OR RFQ 10122968
 Printing Materials and Visibility Items BPA  ( For 1 year with possibility of extension to 1 more year ) - Aden Office”)
الى  صندوق العطاء الموجود في الهيئة الطبية الدولية -  الهيئة الطبية الدولية
اليمن – عدن - المدينة البيضاء شارع المدينة البيضاء فيلا رقم 479 / مديرية خورمكسر – محافظة عدن

3.    . ملاحظة مهمة: يجب تقديم كل عرض بشكل منفصل في ظرف أو بريد إلكتروني مختلف. على سبيل المثال: في حال مشاركتك في كلا النوعين (القرطاسية والطباعة)، يجب تقديم عرض القرطاسية في ظرف أو بريد إلكتروني مختلف عن ملف عرض الطباعة.

4.    تبلغ قيمة الكفالة البنكية 2000 دولار أمريكي لكل عرض (القرطاسية والطباعة). الشروط موضحة في مستند المعايير الالزامية.

الخطة الزمنية للمناقصة

5.    نقاط إضافية:

• الهيئة الطبية الدولية - اليمن تحتفظ لنفسها بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي وثيقة عطاء غير مكتملة.
• العطاءات المستلمة بعد الموعد النهائي للتقديم أعلاه ، لن يتم قبولها.
• يفضل على جميع المشاركين تقديم دليل على الخبرات المرتبطة بمجال المناقصة (أي الخبرة مع نوع العمل المماثل مثل عقود ، الشهادات ، .. إلخ). 
• الهيئة الطبية الدولية ليست ملزمة بقبول أقل عطاء ولا إبداء أسباب الرفض أو القبول.
• سيتم فتح العطاءات في جلسة علنية ( للقرطاسية يوم 24 ديسمبر 2025 بحلول الساعة 11:00 صباحا بتوقيت اليمن)  و (للمطبوعات  يوم 24 ديسمبر 2025 بحلول الساعة 12:00ظهرا بتوقيت اليمن)  في مقر مكتبنا في عدن ؛ بحضور وكلاء الموردين/ المقاولين المهتمين مع إحضار تفويض من الشركة للمفوض وإحضار البطاقة الشخصية للمفوض.

سيتم رفض العطاء المقدم بأي طريقة أخرى غير المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة.
