شروط المتقدم للمناقصة

1. ان يكون المتقدم مسجل في نظام المجلس الأعلى \ رابط التسجيل scmcha.info
2. إحضار نسخة سارية المفعول من السجل التجاري
3. إحضار صورة من بطاقة الزكاة سارية المفعول
4. يتم توفير نسخة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول
5. تقديم دليل على خبرة عمل مماثلة خلال العامين الماضيين، بما في ذلك ما لا يقل عن عقدين إلى ثلاثة عقود ذات صلة
6.  يجب توفير نسخة من ممارسة النشاط
7. أن يكون حاصلاً على ترخيص من البنك المركزي (صنعاء).
8. يشترط وجود فروع في محافظتي عمران وذمار مع إرفاق عدد الفروع ومواقعها ضمن ملف العرض
9.  أن يكون لديك فريق متنقل يقوم بتوزيع النقود
10. ان يكون لديه نقطة تحويل مخصصة للسيدات
11. ان يلتزم بدفع التحويل النقدي حزمة ألف ريال يمني سليمة وغير مزيفة (غير ممزقة أو مقطعة لا يمكن قبولها لدى البقالات أو غيرها).
12. يُفضّل أن يقوم مقدّم خدمة التحويلات النقدية بنفسه بتوفير المبالغ المالية في كل مرحلة من مراحل التوزيع، على أن تقوم المؤسسة بتعويضه بعد تقديم التصفية المالية المعتمدة.    م

Youth Leadership Development Foundation “YLDF” implementing the project Emergency Food Security and Early Recovery in Amran and Dhamar Governorates, Yemen   under Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe funding is inviting qualified Financial Agencies of Outsourcing
The tender will be conducted using YLDF standard bidding documents.

 Terms Tender

The conditions  

1. To be registered in the Supreme Council system Registration link ( scmcha.info)
2. A valid copy of the commercial registration shall be provided
3. A copy of the valid Zakat card shall be provided
4. A copy of the valid tax card is provided
5. Bidders must provide evidence of similar work experience within the past two years, including at least two to three related contracts.
6.   A copy of the activity practice shall be provided
7. To  be have a license from the Central Bank (Sana'a)
8. The bidder must have branches in Amran and Dhamar governorates and attach the number and locations of these branches in the proposal file
9.  To  be have a mobile team distributing cash
10. Availability of Dedicated Transferred Point for Women
11. To be obligated to pay the cash transfer package of thousands Yemeni Riyal Bundle in a good shape and not fake (not chopped or torn which it is refused from the groceries, …. Etc.).
12. It is preferred that the Cash Transfer Service Provider personally provides the financial amounts for each distribution phase, and the organization will reimburse him after the submission of the approved financial clearance.
