Organization & Background:

READ Foundation is an international NGO, registered in UK in 1994, With aim of contributing to alleviating the sufferance of the population of Yemen, Read Foundation established its operations in Yemen late July 2020. Since its establishment, READ Foundation has assisted the affected population with lifesaving interventions in different governorates directly, through local partners and in partnership with local communities.

READ Foundation is inviting Service Providers to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Provision of rented vehicle services.  More details on the services are provided in the attached Tender Document. Click on the below link to download it.

Terms and Conditions of how to submit Proposals

• Any Proposal submitted after the stated deadline shall not be considered.
• Delivered in two sealed envelopes.
• One envelope “Financial Proposal” marked with tender Reference Number should be Submitted after being signed, stamped and sealed envelopes labelled as “Original” indicating the tender Number and should clearly show bidders’ names, addresses and should hold bidders’ legal stamps. 
• Second envelope "Technical Proposal" marked with tender Number should clearly show bidders’ names, addresses, telephone number and should hold bidders’ legal stamps.

Please return to Read Foundation – Aden Office the Annexes 1, 2 and 3 filled, signed, and stamped. 

Requirements

• Bidder must provide previous experience with UN Agencies/INGOs/NGOs.
• Bidder must submit a three-year financial statement.
• Valid registration Document such as Commercial Certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce, Tax Card, Zakat Card, Insurance 
• Financial Proposal envelope should also contain 4% bid security from the total amount of Financial Proposal.
