INVITATION TO TENDER

Tender Title: Supplying of Eid Sacrifices (Qurbani Project-2025) in Marib and Aden

Dear All,

Muslim Hands, an international aid agency and NGO grew from this grassroots movement and since these first efforts, we have responded to countless more emergencies, as well as established long-term projects such as schools, healthcare clinics, and livelihood programs worldwide.
We are working in over 50 countries around the world. By working closely with our partners and offices on the ground, we can distribute aid effectively, efficiently, transparently, and wholly accountable manner and make a lasting difference to the communities we work with.
Muslim Hands - Yemen is conducting a tender process within [Yemen Program] and invites your submission of a proposal to provide Muslim Hands, within their requirements, for:

Qurbani Project-2025

Supplying, Slaughtering, and delivery of 600 Barbaric Male Goats for the Qurbani Project during the period of Al-Adha's Eid 2025 in Marib and Aden as per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier.

Notes for applicants:

 - Your bid must be in US dollars.

The required documents:

1.    A valid bank guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt, in a fixed amount of $3,000 for the Marib project and $1,500 for the Aden project.
2.    A valid commercial register.
3.    A valid tax cards.
4.    The Supplier shall provide copies of Purchase Orders (POs), Completion Certificates, and Agreements as proof of its relevant experience.
5.    The supplier shall provide details of his technical expertise.

The deadline for submission of tenders is on Sunday [11/05/2025] at 04:00 pm (Yemen time) upon conditions in the tender dossier. Bid submissions for Marib must be made at the Marib office, and bids for Aden must be made at the Aden office.

Opening session:

i.    The opening session will be on the next day of submission in Muslim Hands office at 10:00 am.

Muslim Hands does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender, it also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason

 تقوم مسلم هاندز بإجراء مناقصة داخل [برنامج اليمن] وتدعوكم إلى تقديم مقترح لتزويد مسلم هاندز  ، في حدود متطلباتهم ، بما يلي:

 مشروع قرباني 2025 مناقصة:

توريد وذبح وتسليم 600 رأس ماعز بربري (نوع ذكر) لمشروع قرباني خلال فترة عيد الأضحى 2025 في مأرب وعدن حسب الشروط المفصلة في ملف المناقصة.

ملاحظات للمتقدمين: 

 يجب أن يكون عرضك بالدولار الأمريكي.

الوثائق المطلوبة:

1.    ضمان بنكي ساري المفعول لمدة 30 يوم من تاريخ استلامه بمبلغ مقطوع 3,000 دولار لمشروع مأرب و1,500 لمشروع عدن.
2.    سجل تجاري ساري المفعول.
3.    بطاقة ضريبية سارية المفعول.
4.    يجب على المورد تقديم نسخ من أوامر الشراء (POs) وشهادات الإنجاز والاتفاقيات كدليل على خبرته ذات الصلة.
5.    يجب على المورد تقديم تفاصيل خبرته الفنية.

الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات هو الأحد [11 مايو 2025] في تمام الساعة 04:00 بعد الظهر (بتوقيت اليمن) حسب الشروط الواردة في ملف العطاء. يجب تقديم العطاءات الخاصة بمأرب في مكتب مأرب، والعطاءات الخاصة بعدن في مكتب عدن.

جلسة فتح المظاريف:

i.    ستعقد جلسة فتح المظاريف في اليوم التالي للتقديم في مكتب مسلم هاندز الساعة 10:00 صباحاً. 

لا تلتزم مسلم هاندز بمنح العطاء لأدنى عرض ، وتحتفظ بالحق في قبول العرض كله أو جزء منه. كما تحتفظ بحق قبول أي عطاء أو رفضه دون إبداء الأسباب.
