Rehabilitation of Government Institutions in Aden and Hadramout Governorates

Foundation is a non-profit civil society organization that contributes to comprehensive and sustainable local development by providing institutional development programs and empowering local communities. The Foundation works with a diverse range of development stakeholders, including civil society organizations (CSOs), youth, and local authorities.
Resonate! Foundation believes that community-based empowerment interventions are a key driver of sustainable local development. Therefore, strengthening the capacities of various development stakeholders is essential to ensuring higher-quality service delivery, particularly during these challenging times.

تعلن مؤسسة رنين اليمن، وهي منظمة مجتمع مدني يمنية غير ربحية ومسجلة رسميًا، عن رغبتها في التعاقد مع مزودي خدمات مؤهلين لتقديم خدمات تأهيل وترميم في محافظتي عدن وحضرموت، وذلك وفقًا للشروط المرجعية (TOR) المرفقة.

Resonate Yemen Foundation, a registered non-profit Yemeni civil society organization, invites qualified service providers to submit technical and financial proposals for the rehabilitation and supply in Aden and Hadramout Governorates, in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference (TORs).

شروط مزود الخدمة

يشترط في مزود الخدمة ما يلي:

- القدرة على ترميم وتأهيل المؤسسات الحكومية في المحافظات المستهدفة وفق العناوين المحددة في الشروط المرجعية (TOR) لكل محافظة.
- تسليم المعدات (إن وجدت) مباشرة إلى الجهات المستفيدة دون أي تدخل من الطرف المستفيد.
- الحصول على محضر أو إشعار استلام رسمي من الجهة المستفيدة بعد التسليم، وإرساله إلى مؤسسة رنين اليمن.
- امتلاك سجل تجاري وبطاقة ضريبية ساريي المفعول.

Service Provider Requirements

The service provider must meet the following requirements:

1- Be capable of supplying and delivering the required equipment to the locations specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for each governorate.
2- Deliver the equipment directly to the designated beneficiary institutions without any involvement from the beneficiaries.
3- Obtain an official delivery and acceptance document signed by the receiving institution upon delivery and submit it to Resonate Yemen Foundation.
4- Hold a valid Commercial Registration Certificate and Tax Card.

تم إرفاق عدد (5) شروط مرجعية (TOR) خاصة بخدمات ترميم وأعادة تأهيل المؤسسات الحكومية في محافظتي عدن وحضرموت.

Attached Documents

Four (5) Terms of Reference (TORs) are attached for the rehabilitation in Aden and Hadramout Governorates.

يمكن لمزود الخدمة التقديم:

لمحافظة واحدة فقط، وبأمكانه التقديم لأكثر من مركز في إطار المحافظة.

يجب تقديم عروض أسعار منفصلة لكل محافظة ، وفقًا للمرفقات.

Service providers may submit quotations for:

For one governorate only; however, bidders may submit applications for more than one center within the same governorate.
Separate quotations must be submitted for each governorate, in accordance with the attached documents.

متطلبات تقديم العرض

يرجى إرفاق المستندات التالية:

1- العرض الفني والمالي مؤرخًا ومختومًا.
2- توضيح المواصفات الفنية لكل منتج بشكل كامل.
3- إرفاق صور لجميع المنتجات مع ختم مزود الخدمة عليها.
4- تحديد مدة التوريد.
5- تحديد مدة الضمان ونوعه.
6- ختم وتوقيع جميع الشروط المرجعية (TOR) المرفقة لكل محافظة ولكل نوع توريد.
7- إرفاق نسخة من الأعمال أو المشاريع السابقة ذات الصلة.
8- إرفاق نسخة سارية المفعول من السجل التجاري والبطاقة الضريبية.

طريقة التقديم

ترسل جميع العروض الفنية والمالية والوثائق المطلوبة إلى البريد الإلكتروني التالي:

ملاحظات هامة

• “سوف يتم تنفيذ نزولات ميدانية للمواقع المذكورة، على المهتمين بالتقديم التواصل عبر هذا الايميل procurement@resonateyemen.org لإبلاغهم بتاريخ وموعد النزول الميداني برفقة المنسق الميداني للمشروع ومهندس الموقع.”

• لن يتم النظر في أي عرض غير مكتمل أو لا يستوفي جميع المتطلبات المذكورة أعلاه.

• آخر موعد لاستلام العروض هو بعد أسبوعين من تاريخ نشر الإعلان، وذلك في تمام الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا بتوقيت اليمن.

Required Submission Documents

Interested service providers are requested to submit the following:

1- A stamped and dated Technical and Financial Proposal.
2- Clear and detailed technical specifications for all proposed items.
3- Photos of each proposed product, stamped by the service provider.
4- Proposed delivery timeline.
5- Warranty period and warranty type.
6- Signed and stamped copies of all attached Terms of Reference (TORs) for each governorate and each supply package.
7- Copies of previous relevant work or contracts demonstrating similar experience.
8- Copies of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate and Tax Card.

Important Note

Incomplete applications or proposals that do not meet all the above requirements will not be considered.

Submission Deadline

The deadline for submission is two (2) weeks from the date of this announcement at 12:00 PM (Yemen Time).
