الوصف الوظيفي:

تُعلن مؤسسة مالية عن حاجتها لتوظيف مدير امتثال يمتلك خبرة واسعة في إدارة الامتثال داخل القطاع المصرفي. سيكون مدير الامتثال مسؤولًا عن تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالامتثال، وضمان التزام البنك بالقوانين واللوائح المحلية والدولية، بالإضافة إلى إدارة المخاطر المتعلقة بالامتثال.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الامتثال بما يتماشى مع الأهداف العامة للبنك.
• مراقبة التزام البنك بجميع القوانين واللوائح المالية والمصرفية.
• إجراء تقييمات دورية للمخاطر وتطوير خطط للتخفيف من المخاطر المحتملة.
• توفير التدريب والموارد اللازمة للموظفين حول سياسات الامتثال.
• التعاون مع الجهات التنظيمية والمراجعين الخارجيين لضمان الامتثال.
• قيادة فريق الامتثال وتطويره لضمان فهمه الكامل للمتطلبات التنظيمية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• مؤهل جامعي في التقنية أو إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو الاقتصاد أو ما يعادلها.
• يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدم مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية.
• خبرة لا تقل عن عشر سنوات في المجال المصرفي.
• يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاصلًا على شهادة مهنية دولية متخصصة مثل CAMS أو ما يعادلها.
• معرفة قوية باللوائح المصرفية والمعايير المحلية والدولية للامتثال.
• مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على التفكير الاستراتيجي.
• مهارات قيادية ممتازة وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

Job Description:

A financial institution is seeking to hire a Compliance Manager with extensive experience in compliance management within the banking sector. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, ensuring the bank’s adherence to local and international laws and regulations, and managing compliance-related risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance strategies aligned with the bank’s overall objectives.
• Monitor the bank’s adherence to all financial and banking laws and regulations.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential risks.
• Provide training and necessary resources to employees regarding compliance policies.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities and external auditors to ensure compliance.
• Lead and develop the compliance team to ensure a full understanding of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Required:

• A university degree in Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• The applicant must have a good level of English proficiency
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the banking sector.
• The applicant must hold an international professional certification such as CAMS or an equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and local/international compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
