1.    السياق

في ظل استمرار النزاع طويل الأمد في اليمن تبقى الازمات الإنسانية في اليمن أسوأ الازمات في العالم، حيث يعيش 24 مليون انسان في حاجة ماسة للمساعدة الإنسانية او للحماية. عشرات الالاف من السكان قتلوا أو جرحوا منذ العام 2015، وحوالي 3.3 مليون نازح, التنافس على المصادر اصبح أكثر حدة حيث تدفع عملية النزوح سكان أكثر الى المجتمعات التي هي في الواقع غير قادرة على مواجهة الاحتياجات الأساسية, تصاعد النزاع يسبب توسع خراب البنية التحتية العامة والمدنية وكذا انتشار الاضطراب في الأنشطة الاقتصادية ,منذ تأسيسها في عام 2010، يتم تشغيل منظمة سيرش في اليمن من قبل فريق عمل مؤهل من الكوادر اليمنية الذين تمتد جذورهم في محافظات اليمن حيث تعمل منظمة سيرش، يتمتعون بخبرات معرفية ومهارات التواصل التي تدعمهم في الأداء المتميز في تنفيذ البرامج. واصلت منظمة سيرش في اليمن برامجها رغم النزاعات الحالية ونفذت مشاريع من مكتب لها في اليمن، في عدن. عند نهاية عام 2019 وصلت تدخلات سيرش في اليمن الى 29 مديرية في 7 محافظات ولها شبكات وشراكات تمتد الى عموم البلد. من عام 2020 فصاعدا تنوي منظمة سيرش في اليمن رفع مستوى دعمها وخدماتها للمجتمعات المحلية.

2. الهدف من التوريد

تبحث منظمة البحث عن أرضية مشتركة (SFCG) عن شركات او مقاولين لشراء كابلات الضغط العالي  لمحافظه لحج الحبيلين وردفان والإنارة الضالع.

4. الوقت المحدد:

•  سيستغرق المقاول او المورد لتوريد الادوات للمحافظات خلال أسبوعين بأشراف السلطة المحلية وبإشراق مباشر من قبل البحث عن أرضية مشتركه. 

5. التسليمات :

تتوقع (SFCG) النتائج التالية من الشركة / الشركات مختصة بالمقاولات:

• لتحسين وتنظيم خطوط الكهرباء ذات الجهد العالي في منطقة العميرة - مدينة الحبلين - قضاء ردفان وسوق مدينة الحلمين - قضاء الحلمين - محافظة لحج  ومشروع الإنارة الضالع

6. المتطلبات من المقاول/شركة/شركات المقاولات

من المتوقع أن يتوافر في شركة/شركات المقاولات المتطلبات والخبرات التالية :

• شركة لها وكالات ذات علامات تجارية أو لديها خبرة مشابهة في تقديم مثل هذه الخدمات
• خبرة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية او الحكومية.
• شركة مسجلة ولديها جميع التراخيص ساريه المفعول والحسابات المصرفية في الكريمي باسم الشركة نفسها.

7. ضمان الجودة

منظمة البحث عن ارضية مشتركة (SFCG) توكد وبشدة على ضرورة تقديم كيبلات وفقا للمعايير العالمية لضمان الجودة وبحسب المواصفات المذكورة. سيتم إعطاء الأولوية أثناء عملية الاختيار لمعايير ضمان الجودة المقدمة ونضافه السلع

1. Context

Search for Common Ground

As the protracted conflict in Yemen continues, the humanitarian crisis across the country remains the worst in the world, leaving 24 million people in need of humanitarian or protection assistance. Tens of thousands of people have been killed or injured since 2015, and an estimated 3.3 million remain displaced. Competition over resources is becoming more acute as displacements push new populations into communities that are already unable to meet basic needs. Escalating conflict is causing extensive damage to public and civilian infrastructure, as well as the widespread disruption of economic activities. Established in 2010, Search-Yemen is operated by a qualified team of Yemeni nationals who are deeply rooted in the country and governorates where we work, possessing both expert knowledge and local contacts that enable high performance of programs. Search-Yemen has continued programing throughout the most recent conflict, implementing projects from our office in Aden . By the end of 2019, Search-Yemen interventions had reached 29 districts in 7 Yemeni Governorates and has networks and partnerships which span the country. Starting from 2020 onwards, Search-Yemen intends to scale-up its dedicated support and services for local communities.

2. Goal and objectives of the supply 

Search for Common Ground (SFCG) is looking for companies to purchase high-voltage cables for the Lahj governorate, specifically Al-Habilayn and Radfan and Solar light for AL-Dalea.

4. Timeline

• The contractor or supplier will take two weeks to supply Material to the governorates, under the supervision of the local authority and under the direct supervision of the search for common ground. 

5. Deliverables

(SFCG) expects the following results from the contracting company/companies:

• Bill of Quantities and Technical Specifications for Improving and regulating high-voltage electricity lines in the Alamairah- Alhabelin City – Radfan District and Halimin City market –Halimin District– Lahj Governorate  and for the light solar in AL-Dalea 

6. Requirements of contractor / construction company(s)

The following requirements and experience are expected: 

• A company that has branded agencies or similar expertise in providing such services.
• Experience working with NGOs or governmental organizations.
• A registered company with all licenses valid and accounts at Al-Kuraimi Bank under the company's name.

7. Quality Assurance 

Search for Common Ground (SFCG) strongly emphasizes the need for high voltage Caple to be supplied according to international quality assurance standards and specifications. Priority will be given during the selection process to the quality assurance criteria provided and the cleanliness of the goods
